Not only did they move everything quickly and safely, but they also helped me set up all the Christmas trees in the house—something I honestly wasn’t expecting. They were patient, respectful, and really made the holiday prep stress-free. Definitely recommending them to everyone!

So pleasant and helpful. Did a wide variety of packing and storing, Christmas ornaments, moving furniture and other tasks. They were very easy to work with.
Carlos was very helpful to put the Christmas tree up in the house and placing the trees and bird of paradise in the back yard. He then also helped us by moving around some of our large potted plants to make it look right again after adding the bird of paradise.
There was a mixup with regards to scheduling. I had asked for one Lugger to help me with hanging Christmas lights. When they arrived, they said that they couldn't stay because they had to make a delivery. The error was clearly not their fault but the scheduling team. When I told Jose that I had made the appointment 5 days earlier and I couldn't reschedule (rain was going to start again the next day), Jose stepped in and said that he would stay and give me an hour or so of his time. He wanted to make sure that I was happy. This was the first time I'd ever encountered a scheduling problem with Lugg (have been using them for 3+ years). The important thing was that Jose wanted to step in and remedy the scheduling problem. We worked very quickly and got everything finished in a little over an hour. Bottom line: Jose saved the day & I really appreciated his willingness to help me out despite the error in scheduling. NOTE: I suggest that the schedulers at Lugg actually read the notes/comments that are made concerning the tasks to be done. I specifically said that it would take 2 - 3 hours.

Diego was amazing! I learned that rather than meeting him at Wholefoods to get my Christmas Tree he could have gone (I would have just had to send him the receipt). He brought the tree to my apartment and gave me recommendations on how far to have away from wall so I could properly put the lights on. He is very efficient and sharp! Made this process super easy!

Our family's Christmas Decor has been in storage since New Year's Day 2022 due to Flood in our home. After two years, they were able to deliver same day I scheduled. Jose and Diego carried a pretty large cabinet down our outdoor stairs — in the dark. They were super fast, efficient and careful with the piece. They even carried our Christmas tree out when they left as I had thrown out my back. Super friendly, helpful and definitely pros at what they do.
Luther and Lewis delivered holiday joy, with a gift for a single mom, out of work, with two children. They had their bikes stollen and we (me, Luther and Lewis) fixed this with a delivery of three new bikes. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Francis & Javon we’re excellent! Timely, efficient, and caring. Arrived at pick-up and drop-off extremely punctually. They called when they arrived and were in and out within minutes. They had great attitudes despite having to make three round trips up and down 3 steep flights of stairs. They even complimented my Christmas tree— obviously bonus points :)
Danny and Matt from Lugg Team were very quick, professional & efficient in moving Furniture and Sports equipment within our Condo. They dis assembled and re assembled Crib and Table Tennis Table. They dis assembled a Trampoline too. They have made Garage, Guest Bedroom and Basement more useful spaces now. A lot of Kids Nostalgia Furniture has been moved to Basement. They have helped me in accomplishing unimaginable moving & relocating Furniture. I am thankful for their work before Christmas Holidays.
