Lanier and Cherrodde were incredible. They went above and beyond to get a couch into my apartment, were super efficient, and so friendly!! I thought the couch wasn’t going to fit through my doorway but they didn’t give up until we got it in the apartment. Thank you guys!!! - Lizzie

Jeremiah and Robert are very kind and skilled! My planned on using my apartment’s elevator to move a much but it was too small, so they pivoted super fast and used the staircase. Great experience. - Kara

If you’re looking for a moving crew that is friendly, honest, hardworking, and dependable, call this team! They moved my couch into my apartment, arrived on time, and worked carefully and efficiently. I could not be more pleased with the service or the people. I would hire them again without hesitation and recommend them to anyone who needs help moving. If I could give them 1,000 stars, I would! 🙏🏾🙏🏾 - Flavia
Konstantin & Spencer were super helpful in helping me and my client navigate a small box move from one apartment in Santa Monica to a storage unit, moving things around the new apartment and removing some furniture back to storage. I asked for white glove service and they delivered; they were helpful and professional. My client was thrilled! - John
I loved working with Lugg! They wrapped my couch and table so efficiently upon pickup, and set them up good as new in my apartment. The ability to loop in the seller to the movers ETA made the transaction seamless. Can’t wait to use Lugg again! - Erin
Cristobal and Loloyon were absolutely incredible today. They were able to help with the move very efficiently and were INCREDIBLY patient and understanding when there was a miscommunication with access to my new apartment, they waited for over an hour with me and helped me to find a solution to get into the unit, even going so far to download my rental app to reach out to the support team when my phone would not connect! Thank you both so much so so much for all your kindness today!!! - Colleen
When most movers probably would have thrown in the towel, these guys persevered and got the job done! Their task was to pick up a very bulky couch from my parents’ house and deliver it to my son’s apartment. And when I say the passageway into his apartment was narrow… I mean NARROW! 😂 They never gave up. They carefully disassembled the couch, somehow maneuvered it through the tight space, and then reassembled it once they got it inside. They had excellent communication throughout the entire process and kept us informed every step of the way. They were hardworking, determined, careful, and incredibly professional. It was clear that they genuinely wanted to do the job right. 5-star service all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for movers. They earned every one of those stars! - Zaina
Angel and Julian are the best! They were able to make it here quickly and get to work right away. They were extremely professional and do an amazing job. They were so exceptionally great at doing a very tricky job with ease and experience. I will use your services often, as long as I can get Angel and Julian to come back out to help... they are the very best! They are very friendly and personable gentlemen and were so incredibly kind to me! I am handicapped due to having M.S. and am in constant pain & suffer from painful joint dysplasia. The guys noticed that I was in pain and were so kind to be, making sure to check in to see if I was alright! I really appreciate everything they did for me today and will be sure to use your services again and again! I feel so lucky to have them available today and can not express how much I appreciate their help, time, expertise and hard work and am blown away by their intense work ethic and professionalism! They go far above and beyond and are absolutely terrific! I can wait to refer them and your services to several of people in the near future! I own several apartment buildings and am often asked for referrals for great movers. I am glad to have great trust in you, now that I am aware of the type of people that you hire and am more than happy to refer your services to my Tenants and other customers that trust me for referrals to the best in goods and services! I can't say enough about Angel and Julian, they were absolutely the very best! Thank you kindly, Leanore R. Goetz - Leanore
These guys are absolutely amazing. When numerous people have tried to help me no one could. They were able to move my sofa into my apartment within 5 minutes. Thank you so much - makayla
Ren and Victor are the best!! They maneuvered a huge pull-out couch into my second floor apartment with efficiency and ease. Will be my go-to’s for any future moves! - mel
Julio and Julio were amazing! Friendly, patient (lots of people telling them different things), and moved everything quickly and well. Got a large/long heavy sofa up two flights and into a small apartment with a narrow hallway when none of us thought it could be done. Magic. Above and beyond. Even helped with removing the trailer hookup for our U-Haul trailer. - Heather
Alberto and Jonathan went above and beyond! They were quick and efficient. They moved 4 large cabinets into my second story apartment. Very helpful, would recommend. - Daniel
Diego and Miguel were amazing — so helpful & quick! Navigated delivering my couch seamlessly despite a very tricky apartment layout! - Maddie
My daughter's new apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator. Their help was much appreciated. Also, I already tipped on my own. Great job! - Naomi
I was a little concerned when the seller of the bed frame I purchased sent photos of it being loaded in the truck and informed me the mover had not wrapped anything and had placed the wood pieces on the concrete.
