They came about 40 minutes past 12 (expected them to come between 11-12), but they let me know they were running late and told me what time they’d come, which was fine to me. They were friendly, polite and professional. They were very careful with the dresser and knew how to get the drawers out to make it lighter to carry. They had special straps which made carrying the dresser easier. It fit in their truck and they followed me to our home and they drove carefully so as to not jostle the dresser. After carrying dresser into my home and putting drawers back tbey moved another dresser out of the bedroom. That was impromptu on my part.
