The pickup was great. However, when they got to the drop off location, which was the west side housing works location, they were told that bed frames were not accepted. I had specifically filled out that I sending 2 twin bed frames and 4 counter stools, and dishes. As I found your company on the Housing works website, and entered exactly what I was donating, this makes no sense. Then there was a question as to whether I had paid you as a company- Lugg, which I also didn’t understand as I had given a credit card and a payment. It seems you have no association with housing works, and these two people don’t seem to actually work for you. Independent contractors perhaps? They were lovely, but the process was a failure.
Definitely better then the last two guys who were going to cancel my service because they were too lame to carry a cabinet, a cabinet that was previously carried by 2 guys. I had to bring in my contractor to help those 2 other guys
We had the experience of working with two Lugg contractors so we will review them separately: Angel: Angel was very professional and efficient. You can tell he has lots of experience and he was very respectful and got the job done. Especially when his partner would disappear, Angel would pick up the extra work to make sure things get done. Raysean: Raysean was inefficient and would disappear unannounced for sometimes 10-15 minutes at a time without telling anyone his whereabouts, leaving his partner to pick up extra work and us confused. He also complained about the work and his partner had to carry more of the weight because of this.
Jalil was super prepared and knowledgeable. It was a very busy job site with over 2 dozen other movers and contractors and both Jalil and Edenilson were incredibly collaborative and carful with everything going on. The most delightful Lugg experience so far.
Kept me in the loop through the whole process. I did find that my bookcase is missing one of its Adjustable feet. But I don’t think it was your fault. My contractor will find a replacement. Thanks for your help. I’ll be sure to use you again
Honest about labor minutes, received updated texts with their travel time, worked quickly & were extremely careful handling my furniture. Overall I would highly recommend Lugg delivery service as the contractor for Home Goods! I provide tip at time of service.
These two were exceptional. They were very careful with large heavy items that were tight on door space. I’m continually impressed with Lugg and their independent contractors

Paulo and Donald helped our contractor drop our tub into a tiny space while aligning the drain and leveling out the feet. Our contractor wasn’t too happy with the difficult area that he had to install the tub until Paulo and Donald helped and made it quick and easy!
They were on time and hard-working. Only issue was Marco's lack of a COVID vaccine card, which prevented him from entering the senior community that our goods were being moved to. Lugg needs to educate their contractors on the importance of this vital step.
Right on time. Immediately introduced themselves, as they were opening up the van, and pulling out packing blankets and ropes. No wasted time. Set to packing up without any complaints or hesitation. This was a very heavy load, not an easy job. They set out all the goods, then packed the van with expertise. Worked steadily, no resting, no chit chat, not a wasted second. Unpacked a full van with the same consistent determination, always with smiles, not a single complaint about anything. I keep mentioning the positive attitude because it made a stressful move for me much more bearable, and a positive contractor attitude is rare nowadays. Very, very grateful to Jared & Nepoleon for their moving expertise, and thoughtfulness to me.

Lugg does a phenomenal job of vetting their workforce and Khaled is a shining example of what you’d look for when securing these types of services. Khaled was genuinely kind, respectful and trustworthy and went out of his way to ensure my tasks were done in an efficient and quality focused manner. I originally hired them to move/assemble a bed but when it wasn’t delivered on time, Khaled graciously agreed (on the spot) to assemble my bbq and outdoor furniture, which absolutely saved me as I was hosting a party the next day and stressed out about it. The hardware was a kit with an allen wrench and instead of using up time and adding costs, Khaled went to his truck and found a tool that sped up the work and kept him from staying much later. I’m a single mom and although strong and savvy, I’m unable to do certain tasks that require a lot of muscle or extensive contractor-type knowledge so I value Lugg. I will absolutely hire Lugg again and again so long as they keep employing and delivering class acts like Khaled!
This review is for my MOVERS ONLY! Both the movers were very speedy and went above and beyond to keep me updated and set up the furniture! Very kind and worked fast and worked really hard. Great job! THANK YOU!! LUGG on the other hand (your movers are separate contractors so they have nothing to do with Lugg and their processes) has absolutely no customer service, responds to emails after the job is done so don’t bother asking question, they tell the drivers last minutes about jobs, they provide drivers with little to no support. So please don’t take out LUGGs shortcoming on the drivers. So 0 starts for Lugg, 5 starts for drivers!
Francisco and Geovany were exceptionally patient, kind, and polite, and so careful that they didn't nick a single wall with any of the furniture, even on winding stairs. Plus, our contractor required them to remove their shoes every time they stepped into the new house carrying our heavy stuff, and they never once seemed put out. Really, the whole experience was as efficient (and even kind of fun) as moving can get because of these two!

They have all the moving supplies needed and are not only thorough but quick too! Moving the furniture was a breeze and they went above and beyond in their service.

Boris was fantastic. He arrived exactly on time and came fully prepared, even bringing protective bags and supplies to safely handle my loose boxes. He was incredibly quick, hardworking, and efficient, while still being careful with everything. He was also very kind and professional, which made the whole process stress-free. They were extremely nice, efficient, and professional, handling my belongings with great care. They came prepared with all the necessary supplies, so I had no worries at all. Everything was placed in my storage unit calmly and efficiently. I’ll definitely use them again!
