Jose was FANTASTIC. he showed up at my storage unit right at the start of the window and helped my girlfriend and me load up his truck. I just barely beat him to my house across town, but all in all the entire process took less than an hour. 20/10 stars, will absolutely be using this service again. Gracias, Jose!! - Garland
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First time using Lugg, and a great experience! Juan and Raul were fantastic! They were professional, polite, and efficient. They arrived fully equipped with the right tools, moving blankets, and a van, and got straight to work. We were moving from a 10x10 storage unit into a 7x15 unit, and they completed the entire job in less than an hour! The final price was also very close to the original estimate. Our base cost before tax was $131, and we even received a complimentary upgrade to a van, which was a nice bonus. For our first experience with Lugg, we couldn’t have asked for better service. Juan and Raul made the move quick and hassle-free. Great team, fair pricing, and excellent service. We would absolutely use Lugg again and highly recommend them! Special call out to your amazing customer service rep Sam who was responsive and answered our first-timer questions. She even helped us place the order, since this was the same storage location, and we were moving from one unit to another, and that option was not available for self-service as the start and end locations were at the same address. - Yeeli
Abraham and David made a stressful move seamless. Appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile to make the whole move, packing up and moving into storage, smooth efficient and easy. We are so grateful to them and cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want a stress free move, these are the guys! - Ashley
Absolutely AMAZING service! Highly recommend! I cannot say enough great things about these two movers! They truly saved the day for me when I was in a serious last-minute bind! I needed help unloading a freight shipment into a storage unit on extremely short notice, and I was blown away by how quickly they arrived and how efficiently they worked. They had the entire shipment unloaded and safely moved into storage in approximately 30 minutes! What impressed me even more was their professionalism and communication. I was coordinating everything remotely and couldn’t be there in person, but they made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. The transporter onsite also had nothing but positive things to say about their work! They sent photos to confirm everything was completed and even went above and beyond by checking in with the storage facility’s front office and returning the lock and keys as requested. They were fast, reliable, efficient, professional, and incredibly accommodating. They took what could have been a logistical nightmare and turned it into one of the smoothest experiences I could have asked for! I would 100% book them again without hesitation and recommend them to absolutely anyone looking for dependable moving help. These two were fantastic, and I am beyond grateful for their help! THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH!! - Paloma

Konstantin & Spencer were super helpful in helping me and my client navigate a small box move from one apartment in Santa Monica to a storage unit, moving things around the new apartment and removing some furniture back to storage. Joanys said Cesar were excellent movers. They were on time, courtesy, professional and great customer service. I wanted my items placed in my storage unit a certain way. They packed the van so that unloading made it easier to place in my unit exactly the way I wanted. I really appreciate their assistance. Will use Luggs again for my small moving needs. Another perk was that I was upgraded for free from a pick up truck to XL van without an additional charge due to availability. Thank God for favor!
