The taller gentleman was absolutely fantastic — 5 stars! He was experienced, efficient, careful, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Unfortunately, his partner seemed to struggle quite a bit with the physical demands of the move, which left the taller gentleman carrying much more of the workload. I actually felt bad for him. I wish I had gotten their names so I could recognize him specifically. He did an excellent job and deserves the credit! - Denise

Carey and Darryl were so amazing and friendly! They unfortunately had to sit through some traffic getting here which took them longer than expected, but they still had the best attitude and were ready to help us move our furniture to place a rug underneath. They were very careful and paid attention to the details. Super efficient and worked great as a team. So pleased with their service and would 100% call them again. Thanks again Carey and Darryl!! - Tiffany

I cannot thank these two gentlemen enough for what they did for me today. They were incredibly efficient, but their kindness is what I really loved. They were so patient with me measuring to make sure the rugs were in the right location. I told them that we were displaced from our home and in a rental due to a house fire. What I didn’t tell them was that my 29-year-old son was brutally murdered seven weeks ago by a stranger. Our lives have been completely turned upside down, and in a world of darkness, these men brought light into a moment in my life. I’m grateful beyond words. - Shelley

I would absolutely recommend Andre and Martin to anyone needing moving help. Thank you both! - Anna

Jose was excellent! I had to move some nightstands upstairs that also subsequently required me moving a bed a rug a living room set and a rug pad - Jose was helpful every step of the way. And even went so far as to help me clean up! He worked with another Lugger as well - can’t recommend him enough!! - Alysha

Very quick and extremely helpful did the job in one trip and saved me so much time and stress with a service I didn’t even know existed and would have struggled with alone. I had 3 furniture pieces I ordered that were too heavy for me to carry sitting in my building’s package room for weeks. They came prepared with dollies and moving carts and did all the heavy lifting to get them from the my package room to my apartment unit and even ensured that the placement was too my liking and from start to end were very careful with handling of the fragile packages. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. I had zero issues with their services of these Luggers. Very happy to have found Lugg to help with this matter! Highly recommend! - Simone

They were good, and I would use LUGG AND them again. Only suggestion, booties (I covered rugs) and although no rain I would suggest covering furniture on transport. Thank you for the very good team, and LUGG in general. I did give them a cash tip, and also appreciate the same charge for two since I asked for one. Thanks again. - Ann

These guys are great. Came exactly on time. Worked together very efficiently. Told me exactly what they were going to do, in what order and why, then always checked in to see if I was satisfied or wanted something changed. Gave me excellent suggestions on how things might work better, e.g. when my rug was too long for the room. I highly recommend them. - Victoria

It means so much to be able to hire Luis and Juaquin to handle that which I am unable to do myself. They are so efficient and kind while making it all look so easy. Good men, through and through. James and Onon made it look easy moving our expensive, one of a kind, and very heavy petrified wood table. They didn't seem to struggle with the weight and repositioned it several times for us until it was perfectly located. I would recommend this two person crew to others and be happy to use them again. - Patrick
