Jose was excellent! I had to move some nightstands upstairs that also subsequently required me moving a bed a rug a living room set and a rug pad - Jose was helpful every step of the way. I had 3 furniture pieces I ordered that were too heavy for me to carry sitting in my building’s package room for weeks. They came prepared with dollies and moving carts and did all the heavy lifting to get them from the my package room to my apartment unit and even ensured that the placement was too my liking and from start to end were very careful with handling of the fragile packages. They were good, and I would use LUGG AND them again. Only suggestion, booties (I covered rugs) and although no rain I would suggest covering furniture on transport. They expertly moved my large, heavy couch (that I struggle to push around) down a set of stairs and a super narrow alley.
