Best Buy delivery: Same-day TVs, appliances & electronics

I was actually totally amazed that these two were successfully able to pull off driving all the way out to Culver city, picking up a giant Samsung dryer for me, and hauling it back to my house in Hollywood when I first contacted them with less than an hour to go before Best Buy closed. These guys are totally great and SO Quick to respond to messages and just to show up for the job. I definitely didn't think this was actually gonna get accomplished today and they far exceeded my expectations. Thanks dudes. y'all are the bomb.com

Ryan & Daquane were great! They met me at Best Buy to pick up my Christmas gift and delivered to my home. They were actually early and waited for the store to open to pick it up. Thanks for your quick pick up and delivery. Happy Holidays!

He picked up a 65-inch TV from Best Buy and delivered to my apartment without any dirt or anything on the box. It was a breeze communicating with him, too. This is my second time using Lugg. Could believe efficient & fast it was picked up and delivered. I will be using Lugg more often. Special When I go to Costco or Best Buy. Had to buy smaller tv 2 weeks ago because I had no way getting it home.

The Christians were great to work with - and on the pickup side, they really went above and beyond in helping me to resolve issues I was having with Best Buy (I spent almost an hour on the phone trying to give them permission to pick up the fridge - I was at the destination - and they were able to convince Best Buy to release it once they were there). Unfortunately, we weren't able to get the fridge inside (my fault; I stupidly forgot to measure the width of my front door) - but they helped me get it up to the upper landing, and I was able to come back later and take off the fridge doors to get it inside. Throughout all of this, they were both super friendly, helpful, and flexible as the complications stretched out the time frame for the job.

They where super careful. This is the third range we’ve had delivered in a week. The first two where damaged by the Best Buy Outlet’s contracted movers. We couldn’t ask for a better job and would highly recommend them to anybody needing movers.

Rick and Stuart are awesome! They went above and beyond the call of duty working through order pickup questions at Best Buy picking up without me present. Friendly, courteous and I recommend both of them very highly!

Greg and Erik were quick and careful with our move. I needed a sofa bed moved to my new apartment and they were kind enough to also include my new TV console. Their teamwork was awesome and they were so friendly and made the whole moving process great when it could’ve been stressful. We definitely recommend Lugg and this team for future movers. 

I can’t recommend Kevroy and Daquan enough. They were on time, professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout my move. They handled a very heavy adjustable bed frame, a large bookcase, a full-size mattress, a 60-inch TV console, and a four-drawer dresser with real care and skill, and they navigated two walk-up apartments with no elevators and narrow hallways like pros. They stayed upbeat and friendly even with the difficulty of the job, and they made a stressful move feel much more manageable. I’m really appreciative of their help and would absolutely hire them again!!

Juvenal was fast and on time. He was very careful with moving my TV stand and took the time to wrap it to ensure it didn’t get damaged during transport. Highly recommended!
