these guys were great — fast, efficient, great attitude. The Best Buy delivery guys couldn’t figure out how to move my existing fridge and just gave up. They left the new fridge downstairs and left. Ralph and Timothy figured it out immediately and then offered to complete the job of moving the old fridge downstairs and moving the new one upstairs. - Patricia

When picking up a tv from best buy Carlos called immediately when there was an issue verifying them as the proper pickup people through the store. He also had his son with him so I did not need to help move the tv into my third floor (stairs only) apartment. Super friendly, super quick, 10/10 would recommend to anyone - Kevin

Erick picked up a tablet and stylus at a Best Buy in Boston for me as we live in South Carolina to deliver to our nephew who was in the hospital. Despite having texts from me and photos of the email confirmations from Best Buy, they would not release one of the items to him. He was very persistent with them as I had texted him about our nephew and he called me to speak with Best Buy employees. Luckily they gave the items to him. He offered to even take the items to our nephew directly if he was allowed to his room. It was very kind of him. I wasn’t sure if our nephew was being discharged, so needed someone to deliver to the hospital instead of relying on Best Buy delivery. Very grateful! - Elizabeth

I was actually totally amazed that these two were successfully able to pull off driving all the way out to Culver city, picking up a giant Samsung dryer for me, and hauling it back to my house in Hollywood when I first contacted them with less than an hour to go before Best Buy closed. These guys are totally great and SO Quick to respond to messages and just to show up for the job. I definitely didn't think this was actually gonna get accomplished today and they far exceeded my expectations. Thanks dudes. y'all are the bomb.com - Jesse
