Yes, Lugg provides on-demand, same-day, and next-day Peloton moves. You can book movers and a truck in as little as 30 minutes, or schedule up to 30 days in advance for a time that works best for you.

Once your crew is en route, you can also call and text directly to relay any additional or last-minute details.

**Tip**: Upload a photo or receipt during booking so we grab the correct model and accessories. For marketplace pickups, add the seller's number as an "Additional Contact" so the crew can coordinate directly.

Can Lugg pick up multiple pieces of exercise equipment in one move?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can load as much as safely fits into your chosen truck — from a pickup to a box truck.

Need multiple stops? Lugg now supports up to 5 pickups or drop-offs per Lugg, so you can coordinate multi-location gym setups in one booking.

My building is a walk-up with stairs and no elevator — can Lugg still help with my Peloton move?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Luggers  are experienced with walk-ups and tight spaces. There's no extra charge for stairs or multiple floors. Your Lugg crew will carefully bring your furniture to or from your room of choice, exactly where you want it.

**Heavy Peloton notice:** Please confirm stairs are wide enough to accommodate safe placement, as Luggers can't hoist appliances or use ladders.

What size truck and crew should I book for my Peloton move?

Accepted Answer

The best truck depends on the size and scope of your Peloton move. For most Peloton moves involving heavy items, we **strongly recommend a 2-Lugger crew** to ensure everything is handled safely and efficiently. For smaller tasks, or when you'd like to assist, the Lugg Lite (1 Lugger + pickup truck) works great.

Here's a quick look at our truck dimensions to help you choose:

* Pickup: 6 ft+ long × 4.5 ft wide. The tailgate can stay open for extra length, and all items are secured with straps. 
* Van: 8 ft+ long × 4 ft wide × 4.5 ft tall. 
* XL: 10 ft+ long × 5.5 ft wide × 6.4 ft tall. 
* Box Truck: 12 ft+ long × 6 ft wide × 7 ft tall.

**Tip**: Our Pickup trucks include a tarp for light rain protection, but if the forecast calls for heavier rain, we recommend booking a covered truck, such as a Van, XL, or Box, for extra coverage.

If your Peloton move requires a lift gate for loading or unloading, please book a Box Truck and add a note to your booking.

Are there size or weight limits for my Peloton move?

Most Peloton moves should be booked with two Luggers to ensure safe lifting, loading, and placement. For heavier items over 200 lbs, we recommend booking multiple Luggs for safe handling or having someone available to help the crew.

Can Lugg disassemble or reassemble my Peloton?

Luggers can perform **basic** disassembly/reassembly (e.g., removing pedals/arms, separating a deck and uprights) if needed for safe passage, with time billed at the normal labor rate. Complex builds, torque-specific hardware, or warranty-sensitive assemblies should be handled by a certified technician.

Do Luggers bring tools or equipment for moving exercise machines?

Every Lugg move includes professional moving equipment — straps, dollies, moving blankets, stretch wrap, and basic tools — to protect your Peloton in transit and while it's being placed in your home.

Can Lugg pick up my new Peloton and haul away, recycle, or donate the old one on the same trip?

Absolutely. Lugg serves commercial gyms, fitness studios, and offices with flexible delivery scheduling and larger truck options (Van, XL, or Box). Ideal for fitness studios, apartment gyms, or corporate wellness centers needing professional delivery or relocation.

How should I prepare for my Peloton move?

Make sure there's a clear 3–4 ft path, measure any tight spaces, protect floors, and secure pets. If your building requires it, reserve elevators or loading docks ahead of time. Keep your phone nearby so you don't miss live updates or crew messages during your move.
