this man that came to my house today was amazing. I initially hired somebody to help me move my peloton bike, which is very heavy by the way downstairs into my basement from my living room and when he showed up, he was on time he was courteous. He was polite. He was a professional, and he assess the situation and he did the whole thing by himself. I was completely blown away. I tried to help, but he said that he had it and that it was no problem. I really wanna leave him a tip. I should've given him cash before he left, but I didn't and you know I'm having a real hard time putting the tip on the on the app and I just wanted to know that I'm not gonna stop until I find a way to send this man some kind of tip. Thank you.
HAD TO MOVE AN EXTREMELY HEAVY AND CUMBERSOME PELOTON TREADMILL AND THEY IMPROVISED BY HELPING ME TAKE IT APART AND PUT IT ALL BACK TOGETHER. REALLY DOWN TO EARTH HARDWORKING GUYS. ERTB
Mario and Ignatius are great. The feedback is more about the website for Lugg. It should be more descriptive about moving Peloton’s since the website is marketing Peloton moving as one of your specialties. It looks like we’ll need rebook and have 3 or 4 people to move the Peloton Tread.

They were super careful with all our precious items (especially the peloton). They also were very accommodating with keeping the inside of our house clean while moving.

Claudio and Malic were amazing!! We are doing a big move to another state and had a ton of heavy items to move into our uhaul along with a garage full of more heavy boxes. Both Claudio and Malic tackled EVERYTHING in 3 hours and organized everything into our uhaul so that it would be safe during our drive. They were very conscious about making sure all our important items were wrapped safely (even my beloved peloton!). I highly recommend both movers to tackle tough jobs!!

Diego & Efrain were not just professional and excellent at their job. They showed up promptly answered all my questions and wrapped my Pelaton better than I would have. They needed to move in in a very tough narrow situation in my hallway, and did it easily without hitting the peloton nor my walls . Very impressed.
Hugo and Leasia were great! Hugo took extra care with the Peloton bike, detaching the screen so it would fit in the van and wrapping it so it wouldn’t get damaged. Really appreciate their help moving my items today. Thanks!

Moved a Peloton, were very careful with the Peloton and didn't hit any walls/corners/furniture going up and down 3 flights of stairs! Even found a way to disassemble and re-assemble it to make the move easier. Great help!
