Wallace & Adam were great. They were knowledgeable in what could go to the junkyard, stay for City of Santa Monica Bulky Pickup and donated to The Salvation Army. They quickly and efficiently helped me disassemble my shower caddy to pack into a moving box, clear/haul away donations in the garage and haul bulky pickup items to the alley pickup area. Extra points for clearing the garage of garbage. Than you both so much while I was panicking about not getting everything out in time. I appreciate so much service arrival within the hour.
They said Salvation Army wouldn’t take one of the items and so they would have to take to another place. How does that fee work? Thank you again!

We had no idea how to get our heavy sofa bed out of our apartment. Salvation Army canceled their pickup at the last minute on the last day of our lease. Arturo and Andy truly saved me! Not only were they on time, they were thoughtful about my item and did the unthinkable, moving it out of an extremely tight doorway and up a precarious flight of stairs. Thank you Arturo and Andy!! You rock!
Salvation Army didn’t take my goods as they were full and that they called me to let me know about it and even told me that they will bring it to the dump.
They were incredibly fast. They were easy to work with. When salvation Army declined some of the donations, they took them to Goodwill industries, which did. I can’t trave enough about them. They were princes.
Taking care of the furniture, making good suggestions about what Salvation Army will likely take and not (which I agreed with), and were efficient and were early today. Just a great job.
Juvenal and Roberto make a marvelous team! They swiftly moved a huge, bulky glass-top desk and a wood file cabinet from my home—and delivered it to the Salvation Army close by. They have such a friendly vibe, too!

Luis and Kevin are awesome movers! They moved my 94 inch couch skilfully from my second floor apt around tight corners at the stairs, overcoming great difficulty. They moved the rest of normal furniture efficiently and professionally. As I instructed to have the whole load donate to Salvation Army, they advised me from experience what might not be accepted at the donation Center hence saving me trouble. When the donation Center declined some larger appliances, they helped contact another location and helped me donate there. They were very friendly, communicative and followed instructions. Highly recommend!

FEEDBACK FOR LUGG’S APP: Please remove Goodwill and Salvation Army donation locations as options you promote within the app. It is extremely misleading to your customers. Not one of the places listed in San Francisco is accepting donations at all — NONE. Javier ended up having to take perfectly good items to the dump. Had I known this was the case I would have sorted something else out but ended up being stuck with that as the only option as the stuff was already loaded up in the van. Really, really disappointing and extremely frustrating.

Wow, booked a Lugg and they arrived 20 mins later! They moved items from my office in the FiDi to salvation army.
They efficiently lugged heavy items up many stairs. They advised me about items Salvation Army would reject, which I appreciated. I can dontate the items elsewhere. They worked well together.
Devante was great. Not his fault but the job cost an extra 30 minutes or so because Salvation Army did not take the kids toys. He found an alternate spot but it cost more time than we planned.
Erick was great in helping me drop off a donation load. Goodwill had a long line to drop off but he saw that the Salvation Army across the street was opening up to receive stuff. He helped me open my boxes and then sort stuff into the Salvation Army bins.
Guadalupe was great and very understanding when we had to change the location from Salvation Army to Recology because of the condition of the couch. Very helpful and friendly but professional.
This is my first experience with Lugg and Emad and Marcel are a great team! They showed up on time and mpved everything efficiently. Salvation Army did not accept my bed frame even though I had called and confirmed 3 times and they tried to think of options for me. I cannot be more pleased. Love Lugg!
