Evrett& Lennox went above and beyond to assist with moving some items from an estate sale. They also donated two pieces to a local thrift shop with kindness and ease. First time I have used these guys, very impressed. My driver/helper was on site in about 25 minutes but my phone died so of course panic mode. There were other Lugg drivers there (estate sale) and they assured me it would be fine, it was. I asked a guy in a truck that arrived at the estimated time and it was him. He helped me get the large (8ft x 4ft) painting out of the house and in to his truck. He was very respectful of piece and we took our time. He already had the address so I got in my car and told him I’d meet him there. Got home and he was there about 3 minutes later. Then he helped me get it into my house, aaah. He was sympathetic to my lithograph at all times and a cheerful personable guy.
These guys teamed up with another group to move something for me from an estate sale. They all worked very well together as a team and not only had care and concern for my stuff but also for the home where the estate sale was. I would highly recommend, they went above and beyond. -Ray

First time using this app and the guys were great, efficient and did a beautiful job taking apart and putting back together a vintage Danish glass display case. This was so handy and I’m grateful I got the recommendation from the folks running the estate sale where I got my furniture.

Elder and David were punctual and demonstrated great care as they moved my antique piece of furniture. They also went above and beyond to help me move the another piece of furniture out of the way upon delivery. I would highly recommend them and work with them again.

Kenny and Brian did an amazing job with my sofa delivery! The couch didn’t fit through the door, but they went above and beyond carefully removing the door and getting it inside without any issues. Super professional, efficient, and helpful.
We had a wonderful first experience with Lugg! Our movers were so efficient and gave us clear progress updates on the pickup and delivery. They were so nice and protected our hardwood floors by laying out blankets. I’m definitely going to use Lugg in the future!!
Christopher and Sebastian were awesome, super efficient and professional! We had a small hiccup when the original drivers couldn’t arrive on time, but they stepped in immediately and headed our way to make sure we still had the quickest pickup and delivery possible. I really appreciated their willingness to jump in without hesitation. They both were really nice and did not mind that we have cats to manage around lol. The most important part is they ensured all the equipment that is more fragile was wrapped and held down really well so it arrived without a scratch! Extremely appreciative of the attention to detail, the help bringing it into the house and the genuine kindness they showed! ❤️

Amazing! These guys did a great job! They spotted some marks on the dresser and the store switched it out. They were also professional and friendly, maintained ongoing communication and took such great care of my delivery. You couldn’t ask for better service!
My only dislike is in pottery barn and not following through on wrapping my merchandise and honesty about my delivery window
Hired Lugg to move a single piece of furniture purchased from a store to deliver to our home. John and Jose were 5 minutes early arriving. They handled with care loading, blanketing and tying down for delivery. They were respectful of our home asking if it was OK to use their 4 wheel dolly on our carpets. They also agreed to move another piece of furniture to make room for the new. Thank you John and Jose.
these guys were great — fast, efficient, great attitude. The Best Buy delivery guys couldn’t figure out how to move my existing fridge and just gave up. They left the new fridge downstairs and left. Ralph and Timothy figured it out immediately and then offered to complete the job of moving the old fridge downstairs and moving the new one upstairs.
Anton was great and provided spectacular delivery service. He communicated his location several times during the process and handled our furniture with great care. Overall, it was a thoroughly positive experience.
