Darrell and Piero were fantatic. They waited hours outside at Mattress Firm warehouse and then drove over 2 hours to deliver the beds to us. When they arrived they were smiling and friendly and super efficient putting things into place. I give them the highest rating for their professionalism and friendliness. Darrell was particularly kind. I appreciated them both so much. Well done job.

I'm a Mattress Firm employee so I always speak highly of lugg and use it quite often to help my customers, and using them today gave me the confidence to continue speaking so highly of lugg's employees. They were fast and efficient, and very polite. Prices aren't outrageous, and it's so quick it's well worth the price.
Jesus and Antony were efficient, thoughtful, careful, and knowledgeable in the moving and setting up of a remote-controlled platform bed. I plan to call upon them again. I am delighted that Mattress Firm recommended LUGG and consider myself one lucky person to have had Antony and Jesus carry out the move.
Samuel and Frank were pleasant from the word go. They wore masks to keep us and themselves safe. Everything was clean. They put everything together wonderfully and expediently. They were kind, funny, fast, knowledgeable, and super helpful. They were two super great guys. Couldn’t say enough good things about them. Would use Lugg and them specifically again in a heart beat. So glad Mattress Firm gave us the suggestion.
I was told at mattress firm that they take all boxes away. Movers said they dont. Did a great job but you need to be on the same page as your vendors.
Hector did a great job. He also let me know ASAP last night when there was a mistake on the part of Mattress Firm. He was very clear about the mistake and made it possible for me to make arrangements to correct it quickly.

Great guys who went above and beyond, the sales person at Mattress Firm said setting up the adjustable mattress base is easy, just put on the legs, and plug in, it is not that easy to assemble, Ken and Anarad assembled if for us which was a huge time saver. They were very courteous and proactive in helping and making sure we were happy.
Did a great job, mattress firm was missing a piece from our order, and the guys waited with us to make sure it was resolved before we left.

Amazing experience but mattress firm left the frame off the order! So we will be calling again!:) Also we need to pick up some items from ikea in Denver today. We will be arranging soon! Thank you!

I can’t recommend Kevroy and Daquan enough. They were on time, professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout my move. They handled a very heavy adjustable bed frame, a large bookcase, a full-size mattress, a 60-inch TV console, and a four-drawer dresser with real care and skill, and they navigated two walk-up apartments with no elevators and narrow hallways like pros. They stayed upbeat and friendly even with the difficulty of the job, and they made a stressful move feel much more manageable. I’m really appreciative of their help and would absolutely hire them again!!

Bought a mattress that weighed more than expected, turned out to not be something my room mate and I could handle getting up the stairs. These two saved the day and were at my house within 10 minutes.
these guys help turn a negative situation into a positive situation. They got the mattress from the warehouse despite the delays they gave me constant updates. They arrived not only timely but quickly and then when they got here, I advised we had to go out five flights and they said no problem and then even took down the recycling five flights back down I can't explain how well these guys performed. Give them the credit that they deserve. I really appreciate this again. this is the number one highlight of my day to get this delivered so effectively.
