Darrell and Piero were fantatic. They waited hours outside at Mattress Firm warehouse and then drove over 2 hours to deliver the beds to us. When they arrived they were smiling and friendly and super efficient putting things into place. I give them the highest rating for their professionalism and friendliness. Darrell was particularly kind. I appreciated them both so much. Well done job. - Denyce
These two gentlemen’s took on a challenge!! They picked up a loft bed for me at Home Depot and brought it back to my home and assembled it. it was quite a challenge to build, but they both had positive attitudes and was able to pull through and put it together. - Jessica
Emmanuel and Noel were incredible - easy to coordinate with, good at problem solving, and upbeat and positive throughout the move. They hauled a heavy sofa bed up 3 flights of stairs with a smile in 90 degree heat. Would hire them again in a heartbeat! - Elizabeth
Theodore and Adrian did an amazing job. Moved all my furniture and even took the bed apart and put it back together. Would absolutely use them again. - Megan
They were both awesome, disassembled and moved everything very carefully sent me messages on pickup to make sure I was aware the bed frame had a few bolts missing. Highly recommend! - Christina
Elvis and Travis were punctual and communicative. They moved a sleeper couch from the UES to Bed-Stuy in an hour!! They called when they arrived without spamming the ringer which was greatly appreciated 😂 overall would book them again - Grace
Thank you!! They were very friendly and helpful!! We all worked well together to get the bed moved!! - Kurt
10 STARS!!! Cannot say enough about Orandae. He was tasked with loading an impossibly heavy wardrobe (which was described - inaccurately - to me as "very light"). He was so incredibly kind and patient, and somehow never stopped smiling. He helped troubleshoot setting the wardrobe up (it came in multiple pieces) and even spent his time helping us level it to make sure it wouldn't tip over. DEFINITELY went above and beyond, and on his way out the door wished me a happy Mother's Day. I hope Lugg recognizes him - what a great guy. Start to finish the best service I could have hoped for. - Cary
The pickup was great. However, when they got to the drop off location, which was the west side housing works location, they were told that bed frames were not accepted. I had specifically filled out that I sending 2 twin bed frames and 4 counter stools, and dishes. As I found your company on the Housing works website, and entered exactly what I was donating, this makes no sense. Then there was a question as to whether I had paid you as a company- Lugg, which I also didn’t understand as I had given a credit card and a payment. It seems you have no association with housing works, and these two people don’t seem to actually work for you. Independent contractors perhaps? They were lovely, but the process was a failure. - Beverly
Isaiah was very professional and polite! His van was perfect for moving a twin bed and he had his own wrap so it wouldn’t get dirty. Great first Lugg experience! - Sophia
Both movers helped my mom rearrange her apartment bedrooms. They arrived and got the job done fast. Thanks guys! - Ashley
Super friendly, so quick, and helpful! We were in such a pinch to move this bed and are so happy to have found Lugg. Sorry we tipped cash, didn’t know there was a tipping option in app! - Yae
Pedro and Matthew are the real deal! This was my first time using Lugg on the East Coast and I had such a fantastic all star experience with them. They were patient, kind, and went above and beyond in making my move back to New York a success. Matthew was great in communication and letting me know what to expect. He also was able to move large and bulky pieces of furniture. Pedro was amicable and so skilled with helping breakdown and reassemble a complicated bed frame. He has such a great spirit. They both worked so well together and I wish I could give them 100 STARS! I hope to work with them again during my next move. All the best Pedro and Matthew. Wishing you both the best life has to offer and praying God continues to bless you! - Yemi
Excellent movers. Very professional and extremely efficient. Made moving furniture (bed frame, mattress, tables x2 chair) very easy. Would recommend!! - Evelyn
Just excellent through and through!! Friendly, thorough, disassembled my bed frame without me having to ask. Made it so easy and so painless. - Ben
Annur is a lovely person and was so helpful! He made moving my bed into my apartment a painless experience. Will definitely be using Lugg in the future! - Ella
Denmark and Henry were incredibly kind and helpful with my bed frame - I am so grateful for them taking such a heavy piece of furniture to my apartment with a smile. Anyone would be lucky to have them to help with their move! - Olivia
Highly recommend! I needed a bed moved from Manhattan to Brooklyn. They picked up bed promptly or even a little before the time I scheduled. No issues at pickup. Quickly zipped over to Brooklyn and up four flights of stairs! Affordable, and professional service. - Joshua
Dmetry and Jonathan were wonderful! Friendly, called ahead, arrived within the window at the time they said they would. Very careful moving my dresser down a flight and up a flight at the drop off location and even helped me reposition a piece of heavy furniture in my new bedroom. They were great and would recommend Lugg! - Lauren
These two gentlemen were extremely professional and efficient. A last minute delivery on a Sunday night, and they arrived with smiles on and ready to get my bed and furniture in and where it needed to be. Very thankful they were the delivery guys we got! - Chris
I had to move a queen size bed and I had a short window of time to get this done. I messed up and gave the wrong address, but they resolved the problem and I was moved within an hour. Quick, easy, and friendly service. Thanks - Gary
Went above and beyond to deliver my chairs and climbed 4 flights- chairs were really heavy and I’m super appreciative ☺️ - Jeanna
John and Ahmed were amazing! They did the pick up and drop off in a timely and friendly manner. Set up and moved a hospital bed with care. Thanks guys! You were great!! - Leah
Martino and Jaequan came to deliver a bed and when they arrived I was struggling to take apart the bed I had to remove. They helped to take apart the old bed and they put together the new one- which would have taken me a long time and reinforcements to figure out. I was having a hard morning and was so grateful for their help. They were also prompt and communicative. I would definitely recommend them. - Maura

Does Mattress Firm deliver the same day? Lugg is the official delivery partner of Mattress Firm for in-home delivery and setup, so if you'd rather sleep on the new mattress tonight, same-day mattress delivery with Lugg is how to get it home. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that picks up mattresses, box springs, foundations and bed frames from Mattress Firm stores in Newark and carries them into your bedroom, the same day or on a day you schedule.
A mattress still in its box fits in any Lugg vehicle. A full-size mattress and box spring are a different job, because a box spring is a rigid frame and doesn't bend, so the tightest turn on the way to your bedroom matters more than the width of the front door. Twin, full and queen mattresses fit in a pickup truck, a cargo van, an XL or a box truck. A king mattress or California king doesn't fit in a cargo van, so book a pickup truck, an XL or a box truck, and size up one if the frame and headboard are coming too.
Lugg movers carry it up stairs, into elevators and down long hallways, set it in the room you choose, and can put the bed frame together while they're there. Enter the Mattress Firm store and your home address and you'll see your upfront estimate before anything is confirmed, with no hourly minimums. Lugg movers completed more than 1,700 Mattress Firm pickups in the past year, from more than 250 of its locations. Once you book, you can follow your Luggers on a live map from the store to your door.
