Robert was great and super strong and very smart, logical and efficient. He was able to get in one load what I thought would’ve taken at least three or four loads. I was very impressed and then when he got to the other side to deliver my bookcase to my parents, my dad said the same thing about him so we were very grateful to have Robert as our lugger today! - Mystral
