Jamal took great care to make shre all my stuff was left pristine, for example moving my plant leaves out of the way before closing the van door. He was courteous and worked quickly and put in some major work!! Huge thanks to Jamal! - Cesar
Jeremy and Sadiki took amazing care with moving my plants to my new apartment, which had been stressing me out the most about the move- it meant the world to be that they handled my plants with such care and efficiency! And also they were super nice and cool! - Amelia

Roger was amazing! Very accommodating, incredibly friendly, and helped us out so much. We named the large palm he helped us carry after him:) - Amelia
Super great and fast. Moved a bunch of SUPER fragile things (literally glass and ceramic) that were just loose in bags and they took great care of them. - Brie
Overjoyed!! Ashton and Edward did absolutely amazing work! Phenomenal work across the board. They went above and beyond to secure a delicate sculpture standing upright and made certain there would be as few bumps in the trip as possible. They even shrink wrapped the sculpture base to secure it, removed the bubble wrap upon delivery, and placed it on the pedestal. My partner and I are thrilled! They knocked it out of the park! So greatly appreciated! - Carlo
Robert was so helpful! He followed instructions well, was careful while transporting fragile items, and even went above and beyond by wrapping each individual mirror with padded blankets to protect them. He was available on short notice for a last-minute pickup and I am so grateful!! - Brynn
They were great. Needed some fragile things moved during an apt move and they came in a pinch despite so much snow making it hard to load and unload - kentaro

Curtly and Lordjara got my large TV from Best Buy with ease. They handled the item with care and even helped get it onto my stand. Really appreciated having them to deal with the heavy and fragile item and getting my media set up going in my new apartment. - Alex

Best Lugg experience to date! I had a very bad Lugg experience last month and was hesitant to try Lugg again. I am so happy we got Roger as our Lugger! He made an effort to move the sofa with care, used a tarp in anticipation of drizzle, and was highly communicative every step of the way. I wish all Luggers could be like Roger! 5 stars, well deserved. - Alice

Lugg movers move plants, from a single houseplant to a patio full of potted trees, and keep them upright all the way to the spot you choose. Book a Lugg with your plants' address as the pickup and their new home as the drop-off, and Lugg movers load them, carry them in and set them where they're going to live. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that moves houseplants, potted trees and nursery purchases for people who want them to arrive in one piece.
The olive tree, the bird of paradise and the bags of potting mix you picked out at the nursery don't have to ride home in the back seat. Pay for your plants, then book a Lugg with the nursery as your pickup and your home as the drop-off, and Lugg movers load them at the store and bring them inside or out to the patio.
On moving day, plants are often the last thing packed and the first thing damaged. Add them to the same Lugg as the sofa and the boxes, or book a separate Lugg just for the plants so they ride with nothing stacked against them. Group small pots into open boxes, and leave the tall ones for Lugg movers to load last and unload first.
A tall fiddle leaf fig, a ficus or a potted palm is the kind of plant that never fits in a car and is too heavy to lift alone. Lugg moves a single potted tree the same day, from one apartment to another, from the balcony to a friend's backyard or from a storage unit back home.
Lugg moves plants that are already in a pot, a planter or a nursery container. Digging a tree out of the ground or replanting it is a job for a landscaper or an arborist, so plan for that before you book.
