They moved a super heavy, metal tanker desk. Very friendly and patient as I kinda hovered bc of my own anxiety. If you want any lug movers, you want them. They also took pics of the item before I received it because I bought it off of FB marketplace.
Samuel and Dante were amazing - on time, professional, and quick. They went above and beyond - from figuring out how to get some bulky furniture down a very narrow spiral staircase to helping me remove a propane tanks from the gas grill. Thank you!
Oscar and Alexander were AMAZING! They went above and beyond. They had to take the legs off an incredibly heavy metal tanker desk at the pickup location and got it to the drop off very quickly. There they reattached the legs, put the desk into place, and were friendly and efficient the entire time. This is my 4th or 5th LUGG move and EVERYTIME their movers have been great! Thanks Oscar and Alexander!

Jerry was very professional and he also helped me move my turn his tank back into the room where he was removing the bed. He was also very friendly and I like that.
They called me when there was a problem with my order and kept me up to date. I decided to take the tank and they got it here safely.
Showed up on time, and did a good job securing the propane tank seperately from the grill so that it would travel safely.
They followed directions and concerned about our safety as the propane tank did not seem to seal properly with the gas line so they were not able to finish assembling which is understandable. Very good at lifting and punctual! Thank you!
Daniel and Enrique were fantastic. When the item they were moving for us didn't fit, they brought it to our storage unit, shifted stuff around to fit it in, and even agreed to move a different item back to our home. Definitely worth tipping. They are also fun to talk to, with interesting stories about other items they have moved. Need to tow a broken-down tank? Daniel has done that.
Darvi and Andres were incredible! Extremely professional, on time, and FAST! They were super mindful of my belongings and wrapped my mirror and glass table for me : ) Definitely would recommend

Professional. Very large pieces difficult to remove from bedroom. Lot’s of glass and fragile pieces. Everything went smooth.
Strong! They made it look easy to move heavy furniture and took great care not to damage the furniture, the walls or the heavy amounts of glass they had to navigate.
Brandon and Leidonna were fast and friendly, and even took the extra step of taping a blanket over the glass on the cabinet they delivered to help protect it.
I smashed a mirror and there was glass everywhere. Alfonso and Kevin were wonderful and took care of it. Thank you !!!!!

The Dwayne and Kevin duo was great. I was holding my breath worried about the move (large and heavy dining table plus steep stairs to my office suite, which is in a really old building and is probably “grandfathered in” instead of meeting current building code requirements- know what I’m sayin’?), but Dwayne and Kevin are pros, and the Facebook marketplace said that they were really careful with loading the dining table and chairs. I now have a nice extendable glass top dining table in my conference room, and I couldn’t be more pleased.
Marvin and Edwen were patient when it came to picking up my vintage console table from the seller. I didn’t realize the piece had a glass top, so I did not warn them but they came prepared with a blanket that they bungie’d over to transport it safely. They kept in communication and were very friendly! Amazing service
The nicest guys, you could just tell by talking to them that they were very good at their work. They transported a 100 year-old art deco bookshelf with glass shelves and doors and packed it so carefully it came in perfect condition
