They agreed to move a loveseat out of my living room that was not picked up by Habitat for Humanity as agreed to make room for the sofa they brought me. They were careful, respectful and very thoughtful in how they navigated a small space.
Even when there was an unexpected change in location for Habitat for Humanity, they were happy to help and bring it to the next spot so that my couch could be donated. Thank you so much to them both!
I had what I thought was a simple situation for furniture donation drop off at Habitat for Humanity. Turns out they don’t accept bed frame (high quality wood) by itself. Diego was helpful in navigating the situation.

I guess there was a delay because habitat didn’t open till 930 but they called me and informed me and I told him that that was fine I understand there will be additional billing these guys are great
They were well organized and knew exactly what to do. They were totally focused from start to finish and offered helpful suggestions in a timely manner. They were kind and friendly also. To me, it was amazing how quickly they accomplished “the job” and how thoroughly it was done. I am completely happy with their work and have already recommended them and your company to several friends who stopped by this evening. Ramon and Gabriel were incredible. Truly 100/10. After a really bad experience with a previous Lugg booking (not with them), I was honestly a little hesitant—but they completely restored my faith. They were efficient, fast, and worked so hard the entire time. On top of that, they were kind, communicative, and just genuinely great to be around during what can be a stressful move. I would book Ramon and Gabriel again in a heartbeat—any day. If you’re lucky enough to get them, you’re in very good hands.

Enghel and Mijan took such great care as they carried our restored headboard up three flights of stairs, including a tough 90-degree angle. They were total pro’s and made short work of the move. Would definitely recommend them and Lugg to anyone.

John and Alex helped me move a letterpress I had restored and were super careful in helping to wrap and move it. After filling the truck, they also helped me get a couch out of a tricky entrance. Great service.

Exceptionally committed to solving a difficult problem: the treadmill was an unusual shape and size and wouldn't fit through any of the standard openings. Ronald had the necessary tools; he and Bladimir worked quickly to remove one component of the treadmill. They quickly and efficiently restored the unit to working condition at the delivery site. Great guys. Great job.

Christopher and Sebastian were awesome, super efficient and professional! We had a small hiccup when the original drivers couldn’t arrive on time, but they stepped in immediately and headed our way to make sure we still had the quickest pickup and delivery possible. I really appreciated their willingness to jump in without hesitation. They both were really nice and did not mind that we have cats to manage around lol. The most important part is they ensured all the equipment that is more fragile was wrapped and held down really well so it arrived without a scratch! Extremely appreciative of the attention to detail, the help bringing it into the house and the genuine kindness they showed! ❤️
Excellent experience! Professional and efficient pick-up of a Facebook Marketplace item when I couldn’t be present. And smooth delivery - they were able to get a large, heavy piece of furniture through small spaces and exactly where we wanted it. Would trust them with any move.
