Hello Lugg Support Team, I am requesting a billing adjustment for my Lugg delivery on Friday, September 18th from Four Embarcadero to the W Hotel. During the job, there was a major disconnect with the assigned drivers. They were not answering their phones, and they were completely unaware of their location while navigating Four Embarcadero. Because of this, I had to spend significant time on the helpline with multiple Lugg associates to get the delivery resolved. During those support calls, the associates explicitly noted that because the delay was caused by driver communication and navigation issues, support would adjust and reduce the billed time and labor charges accordingly. Please review the internal support logs from my delivery on Sept 18th and apply the promised adjustment to my final bill. Thank you - Jensine

I tipped both Luggers, Jose Lee and Alexander, in person. Once they arrived at this destination, they were very efficient and fast. If I use Lugg again, I will know the start time begins sometime within the timeframe provided. The text message I received inferred the delivery would happen between 1-2 PM. I assumed it would start on time and complete by 2 PM. In reality it didn’t start until AFTER 2 PM, and finished after 3:30 PM. (I also thought securing a truck and drivers would’ve been handled the day before, enabling the move to be handled efficiently.) Also, the interface to leave comments can be more user friendly. Apparently the lugg workers picked up the table and dropped it in front of the house instead of inside. They had the information about the table and dimensions before getting it, and they accepted the delivery task, but then they said they could not complete the work.
