Denson and Edward were careful with moving our furniture into the house, with the help of my husband as it was over 200 lbs. Plus, there were a dozen steps to get to the house. First time using Luggs. You must download their app and entered a credit card on file before a move can be scheduled regardless what Homesense told you. I wasn't a fan of installing apps and was concern at first that there isn't a phone number and they use AI as an agent. But it was pretty straight forward and they texted me every step of way on the day of delivery and arrived right on time and in perfect condition. Price is fair. Highly recommend. - Evonne
