Will Lugg unbox or connect my Walmart TV?

Accepted Answer

Standard service covers pickup and placement only. If you'd like brief help with unboxing or lifting onto a stand, that may be possible within your booked labor time. We do not provide wiring, mounting, calibration, or cable management. For full setup, consider hiring a specialized installer.

Can Lugg connect or disconnect TV's or AV equipment?

Accepted Answer

No, Luggers cannot connect or disconnect TV's or AV equipment. Please **disconnect all devices** (power, HDMI, antenna, Ethernet) and remove wall mounts before we arrive. For complex AV setups, consider scheduling an AV technician, then book your Lugg for delivery and placement.

What supplies and protective equipment will my Luggers bring for my Walmart TV delivery?

Accepted Answer

Every Lugg Walmart TV delivery includes professional moving equipment — straps, dollies, moving blankets, and stretch wrap to protect your TV and your space, plus a basic toolkit. Pickup trucks also come equipped with a tarp for light weather protection.

If your Walmart TV is unboxed, we reccomend purchasing a TV box for the best protection. If you don't have one, your Luggers will carefully pad, wrap, and secure the screen and edges upright to reduce panel stress.

Can Lugg mount or dismount TVs?

Accepted Answer

Lugg does not provide wall-mounting or dismounting services. Wall-mounted TVs should be fully disconnected before pickup. If you need mounting assistance, book a local professional and let Lugg handle the transport.

Question 6

Can Lugg pick up my TV from a retailer or marketplace seller?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absoultely! Upload a **photo of your receipt or order confirmation** so we can collect the correct model and accessories. If the retailer requires the Luggers' names, you can share those once your crew has been dispatched to the pickup location.

For marketplace pickups, confirm the seller's exact address, pickup window, and access/parking details. To keep the seller informed, add their phone number to the Additional Contacts field. Your Luggers will be able to contact them directly once they arrive at the pickup location.

Once your crew is en route, you can also message them directly in the [Lugg app](https://short.lu.gg/lugg-app) to relay any last-minute details.

Question 7

Can Lugg handle a returns or exchanges for my Walmart TV?

Yes, Lugg can handle returns or exchanges. Retailer policies apply, so please **confirm eligibility** and have the required documents ready.

If you would like to return a previously delivered Walmart TV, you will need add an **additional stop** to an active/scheduled Lugg, or book a second trip.

Can Lugg pick up my new Walmart TV and haul away, recycle, or donate the old one on the same trip?

Yes, Lugg can pick up your new Walmart TV and then haul away the old one to a recycling facility or donate it to a local charity — including donation centers like [Goodwill](https://lugg.com/goodwill-industries-pick-up) or [Habitat ReStore](https://lugg.com/habitat-for-humanity-pick-up) . Just add an extra stop when booking your delivery.

**Tip**: Donation and disposal centers vary widely in what they accept, so we recommend calling ahead to confirm they can take your Walmart TV, along with their hours and any potential fees.

Can Lugg deliver wall mounts or accessories with my Walmart TV?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can pick up accessories from the same origin and deliver them with your Walmart TV. **Boxed** mounts and sealed accessories (cables, soundbars, streaming devices) are fine within weight limits. Please bag or box **all loose hardware** (screws, brackets) so nothing is lost in transit.

To ensure that all items are delivered successfully, please add additional accessories to your Lugg description or upload them as part of your purchase receipt.
