I’ve used Lugg many times and it’s always been great but I think Mario and Francisco were by far the best. The performed a 3 bedroom apartment move for me (including stairs!) in a little under 3 hours. Remarkable. They were so kind and SO quick, while taking extra care of everything and making sure that everything I wanted moved was exactly as I wanted it. I would use them again for anything without question.

Deshawn & Fabiola are a wonderful team. Pick up was smooth despite narrow San Francisco passageways and stairwells. Their ability to lift such a heavy piece with just the two of them was very impressive. Drop off was a breeze. They were in & out in a matter of minutes. 10/10 would recommend & hire this duo again.

They were very conscientious and cautious when moving an extremely heavy hospital bed from the front room to back room. We initially thought it could move through the hallways but verified with the tape measure it would be too tight. They easily could have manhandled the move, but were cautious so as not to damage walls or the bed. Thank you! They also had tools on hand and luckily, husband had his tools as well. Appreciate their timeliness and respectful service. Great help and highly recommend Luggs and their crew. 5 ⭐️!

This was my first time using Lugg and Theodore and Glenroy were the best movers. They were on time, friendly and careful transporting the pair of Louis XVI commodes I bought at auction. Doing anything in NYC now requires a COI and the staff in San Francisco produced a COI for me in less than 30 minutes. I look forward to using them again the next time I need a mover.
Francisco and Mario were the best movers I’ve ever had, by far. They were so well prepared and clearly experts. They were able to easily move lots of heavy objects without making any scratches or anything. They kept everything in great condition and they were efficient and careful and extremely helpful and professional. Cannot say enough great things.
