Diego and Andreia are wonderfully helpful. They moved a big pickup full of plants in large pots that I could’ve never moved by myself. They created efficiencies to move everything more quickly. They took great care of the plants. They dealt with spiderwebs, dirt, leaves, and pollen on these outdoor plants. They are both strong and willing to get the job done quickly. They also helped me move boxes at my destination. I highly recommend this team! - Lori

These two young guys were totally awesome!! They arrived to the pick up location promptly, got all the planter pots to my house, then helped lifted all the heavy plants into all those pots. This is the reason why Lugg is my go to app for help. - Ruby

Everything , they were FANTASTIC! 5 stars all around !! The only issue I had and it is probably the nature of your business is that I had asked for a pickup because I had tall plants , you upgraded me to a van , luckily the guys who were actually supposed to come told me they needed to give me something different because they didn’t want to mess up the plants which I greatly appreciated , the only thing is the timing got a bit screwed up which in this situation was a little complicated but normally not a huge deal they were actually early and I was running over to the pick up location . All in all great ! - Cathy
Osman and Durell were kind, courteous and helpful I can't say enough good about them! They took good care of my partners plants, good care of our fragile items and everything was perfect. Thanks so much guys. - A

Carlos was very helpful to put the Christmas tree up in the house and placing the trees and bird of paradise in the back yard. He then also helped us by moving around some of our large potted plants to make it look right again after adding the bird of paradise. - Judith
Great professional team! Did an outstanding job moving a challenging item: a very large tree that needed to be well strapped in and well protected. Of course there any never any guarantees with plants, but I could tell my tree was in the best possible hands and it did arrive intact. Great job! - Adi

was super careful and considerate of my plants. one of the large branches from my birds of paradise bent in the back of the open air truck and he stuck his hand out the driver side window to hold onto it. thank goodness it was a short distance drive - Linda
