First time user. I went to a garage sale. Bought a sofa & patio set. Had no way to get it home. These two gentlemen showed up within 30 minutes of my request. Wrapped the furniture. Then placed it at my place exactly where I wanted it. I HIGHLY recommend I will definitely use them again.

And each time the delivery guys have been so nice, accommodating and hard working! They did a great job. Theo and Octavio were excellent. They were kind, professional, and patient, and they handled my antique furniture with great care. They braved the freezing cold, efficiently loaded items into my vehicle, and helped move things out of a storage unit. Highly recommend!
First time trying Lugg, and WOW, I am sold. These two guys showed up and got through everything so quick (but carefully). They were respectful and polite too. They hadn't received the detailed message I'd submitted to Lugg with the booking, but they did not complain at all with the added items I needed them to move in order to move the furniture items in. They navigated tricky spaces and stairs. And an unbelievably heavy antique armoire (like you really cannot believe how heavy this thing is). I couldn't believe how fast everything went. Next time I book with Lugg services, I hope to work with Jerald and Jacob again - thanks guys!

They were unbelievable- the kindest, smartest, best movers I could possibly have imaged. safely transported my antique piece down 5 flights and then safely into my home. And they were unbelievable kind and easy going. Just truly the best.
The two gentlemen were a pleasure to have help move our furniture. They took time to plan out the move and then skillfully moved each piece carefully. Antiques, a large mirror, and other furniture were all moved safely and placed gently. We would be quite pleased to have Brian & Jonathan back for future furniture moves.
