No. Lugg does not operate storage facilities. We specialize in moving and delivery and can take your items **to or from** your Store It Storage unit, including transfers between different facilities.

Yes. Wait time and any additional stops are billable. To avoid extra charges, please ensure your Store It Storage facility access is arranged and your unit is available before your crew arrives.
