Edgar & Marcos were two INCREDIBLE humans who made our day so much better and less stressful. What ended up being the hottest week of the year, they moved our apartment SO fast, and we’re just absolutely thrilled we got matched with them. They were not only efficient, but they moved our things so delicately, which means the world since we had a lot of fragile decor, expensive wine & wine glasses, plants, and VERY meaningful art. What could’ve been a very stressful day was made to be smooth by these two. Thank you guys so so so much!!
Darbin and Santiago figured out a way to pack a sprinter fan with 3 piece sectional couch, cal king mattress, bedframe, 4 drawer dresser, 2 night stands, 6 x 6ft long plants, rolling chair, 6 ft decorative house plant….then expertly maneuvered these items into my 2 BR apartment that was on the second floor. Along with their friendly service, they are seriously lowering my stress level during a stressful move. Thank you so much!
Our family's Christmas Decor has been in storage since New Year's Day 2022 due to Flood in our home. After two years, they were able to deliver same day I scheduled. Moved all carefully and helped us set up. My family will now be able to celebrate our traditional Christmas even if not in our own home. Thank you!
They were prompt, polite, respectful, helpful they suggested where to place the furniture. They honestly should be interior decorators as well. They did a great job. I highly recommend both of them!
These two gentlemen were terrific. Fast and efficient to load the truck at the location I was leaving. Really excellent careful work. And the really shone at the new location helping me organize and switch around the decor to a very pleasing set up. They were kind and patient and so strong! Excellent work!

This was my first contact with Lugg. I must say the experience was a ten out of ten. I went to the Lugg app in the store. Gave all the my contact info and addresses. Two young and quick movers showed up in less than 30 min. with a van. They loaded two cabinets my wife and I purchased. They beat us back to our home. Took the cabinets upstairs and DONE. My wife had the whole evening to decorate. 5 stars and very satisfied!
They did a great job. They were very careful with my tree and helped me move some extra boxes with decorations.
Very nice guy Wore mask Didn't just dump stuff on the side of the street. He had to deal with a Halloween decoration (wooden casket - wanted to carry 6 foot coffin by himself) Truly, it was so easy and a pleasure (again ).
They were absolutely awesome very good at what they do, not realizing that the wheels on the TV stand were most likely decorative one of them did come off while they were pushing it on the wheels. Not their fault they didn’t know, and they did try to repair it but did not have all the right tools. It’s a bummer cause it’s probably gonna cost money to get somebody to come and repair it other than that they were great :-)

Whoa. The Lugg app is literally magic. I found a large piece of used furniture online, checked it out in person, and before I even paid for it, got confirmation that these guys would arrive within an hour. ONE hour!? At the click of a button to give me immediate gratification of having this sweet piece of high-end furniture that I scoured off Nextdoor picked up and dropped off at my apartment. This service opens up all new possibilities for redecorating and changing new pieces of furniture that I otherwise would have to pay some fancy storefront hundreds of dollars to deliver and even hundreds more to buy new from. This transaction alone allowed me to get my piece at less than 20% of the price new AND all within the span of an HOUR (not accounting for Bay Area traffic) FUCKIN MAGIC! More importantly, Lugg wouldn’t work without he hardworking guys willing to drive through hours of traffic to show up with a smile, pick up my treasure/booty, all the whole treating it as it it was their own property, and BEATING me to the drop off destination. Great guys. Really friendly and thoughtful. Super careful moving a king size mattress down steep stairs in a small bungalow with a lot of decorations all around posing potential hazards, which they avoided like pros. Definitely recommend them!
