I found a large piece of used furniture online, checked it out in person, and before I even paid for it, got confirmation that these guys would arrive within an hour. ONE hour!? At the click of a button to give me immediate gratification of having this sweet piece of high-end furniture that I scoured off Nextdoor picked up and dropped off at my apartment. This service opens up all new possibilities for redecorating and changing new pieces of furniture that I otherwise would have to pay some fancy storefront hundreds of dollars to deliver and even hundreds more to buy new from. This transaction alone allowed me to get my piece at less than 20% of the price new AND all within the span of an HOUR (not accounting for Bay Area traffic) FUCKIN MAGIC! More importantly, Lugg wouldn’t work without he hardworking guys willing to drive through hours of traffic to show up with a smile, pick up my treasure/booty, all the whole treating it as it it was their own property, and BEATING me to the drop off destination.
