The company was very good at communicating all steps during the pick up. I knew exactly when they would be arriving at pick up and drop off locations. My item was an 8 foot by 8 foot sectional and I selected the XL van and it was not an issue with space. The guys assembled it at my home, unfortunately one of the clips was not connected. So I will have to find someone else to do this for me. Otherwise they did a great job. I did tip them before they left - Joan

They positioned the sectional perfectly and helped assemble and connect the cables. They also removed the empty cartons and packing materials.
