Showed up timely, loaded furniture with care and without delay. Some furniture very heavy - but not for them! Strapped items down securely. At drop off asked where to unload - did not assume. Unloaded, placed where requested with no issue and with care and speed. Cleaned up stretch film. So fast! And this was a lot cheaper than Dolly's fixed cost estimate! Thank you!!
We couldn’t get the couch through the narrow apartment door, but Michael and Jake tried every which way. I’m happy they did their absolute best—no one could have got this couch in here! It was expensive but a cheaper company would have given up after five minutes. Lugg has my vote for their heroic efforts with a couch that was just one inch too wide.
They were communicative via text with me, letting me know where they were when, and keeping me posted on their ETA. They were so friendly and had so much gratitude that the client was kind and patient with them as well. They probably come across difficult cheap and challenging customers. I made sure to tip them up front just to let them know I appreciate what they do and what they’re doing for me.
Raymond & Freddie were so very nice and professional. They made sure my chair was exactly where I wanted it, and took care not to damage it or my home. I had originally contacted another company, and have been waiting for two days for them to deliver my chair. Rescheduled twice. I am so happy that you guys were able to come thru for me. And it was immediate service. Picked up within 20 minutes of my request, and delivered soon after. And it was cheaper than what the other company was going to charge. I will definitely recommend you to anyone that needs moving assistance. Don’t forget to let Raymond & Freddie know that they were awesome and exceeded my expectations. They also left their moving blanket here. I will keep it here for them to pick up. Thank you very much!
The service was great! They were at Living Spaces within a half hour after purchasing a couch. The van has brand new and very clean both inside the van and outside and well lit inside the storage part. They had moving blankets and plastic over my $2,000 dollar sofa. The also help disassemble and assemble the couch backs to make it fit through a narrow doorway. Very polite and considerate especially with my super over [riced couch. Forget using or hiring your friends use them it cheaper!
They showed up early. The move out was much harder than I anticipated (getting the couch out of the basement). They were persistent and cheerful throughout. Really nice guys and very competent. On the delivery end, the guy who was supposed to come remove my apartment door for me was 15 minutes late, and the Lugg guys were patient and didn't get grumpy. I tipped them cash, BTW, in case you think I'm cheap. :)
I was extremely disappointed with the price I had a lot of cardboard from moving into a new place they loaded their van in 5 to 10 minutes headed to the dump which was 9 miles away charge me 120+ dollars for the short distance that they came and went and then charge me an additional $25 dump fee it was cheaper to have three pieces of furniture picked up at a store in Davis move to Woodland to the second story of my condo .. unhappy with the cost!!!!!
The movers were great but the total price was a LOT more than I expected. The pricing was not transparent at all. I had no idea that it was a base fee plus a fee by the minute. I thought the base fee was it and the fee by the minute was only if they had to wait extra time. I’m not sure if I’ll use Lugg again given than there are much cheaper alternatives.

Crisp, careful, cooperative, courteous. They were careful about the things that needed care and listened to me about the cheap, fragile pieces that I wasn't surprised came apart. Favor, please? Could you ask them to check to see if they have to 24" pine bookshelves with 2" notices? I'll come pick them up.
Keith and Marcel did excellent job. Moving a heavy furniture on a hot weather like this and still manage to smile and maintain good attitude is beyond my expectations. They protected my armoire the best they can. I will recommend Lugg to friends. Much cheaper than renting U haul.
Very sweet movers. Moved at a steady pace so as not to not overcharge, but also not damage any furniture. Very gentle with my items. 1 cheap furniture item chipped really minor (totally not their fault and I am on the 3rd floor in both places) and they apologized profusely and fixed it so it’s good as new! Placed everything where I wanted it. Will recommend lug to others because of this team.

Took 15 minutes just to put the drawers back on. That are up a lot of time. I was expecting no more than $125 for delivery. The actual store was cheaper.
I downloaded the Lugg app, entered my info, put in the job, and within one and half hours the job was complete. It was much cheaper than the other quotes I got. Extremely happy with the experience. I highly recommend.
Eric And Julian moved our daughter out of her apartment and into a storage unit. They were very efficient and friendly. They contacted us every step of the way. It saved us a trip and was way cheaper then fly out there and move her ourselves. Thank you LUGG! We will definitely be using you again!

Leo and Horacio did an amazing job moving my furniture. I've used a lot of Luggers, and these two took unusually great care with my furniture. One example is they wrapped my (cheap) Ikea shelving in both plastic and blankets to be sure it didn't chip or damage. That's a first! And it worked. Thank you very much guys! You're the best!
