The van has brand new and very clean both inside the van and outside and well lit inside the storage part. They had moving blankets and plastic over my $2,000 dollar sofa. The also help disassemble and assemble the couch backs to make it fit through a narrow doorway. Very polite and considerate especially with my super over [riced couch. They also helped with the setup of my new room--I had bought a new loft bed for the smaller space; and they situated the mattress on top for me.
