Jorge and Oscar were fantastic. They made multiple stops to pick up a piano and a bed on the way to our house, and everyone I coordinated with said that they were so friendly and excellent movers. They went above and beyond in moving the piano. So thankful!
My place has a flight of 30 stairs and no elevator. Many a movers has struggled to get heavy stuff up these stairs like a piano. But the two made it look easy!!! They had great teamwork and communication.

Our LUGG guys were stellar and way beyond our expectations. They communicated well and were right on time. We were moving a large upright piano and they were very careful to make sure they could do it safely and without damaging the piano. They had knowledge and tools to make it all work. Once the piano was in place they stayed to help us put a heavy door back on that we had taken off so the piano would fit through the door. We couldn’t have done it without them and we are telling everyone about LUGG! Thank you!!!
