Edison and Juan are the hardest workers ever! Moved some super heavy furniture from the RH outlet up stairs to our loft. They’re the best!
We purchased a dining table and a corner sofa from an outlet. I tried to find a delivery service and found out Lugg. The booking went smoothly. The team responded quickly. It only took a little over an hour to arrive in my apartment. To my surprises, the items were properly packaged to avoid any incidental damages. The team was quite knowledgeable in turning things around and getting the big furnitures into the room. The whole process, from online booking to having the furnitures in my room, was only two hours. I am extremely happy with the service.
Abdiel and Steven were amazing! They moved a cabinet and couch (an outlet store purchase) up a flight of stairs… it was definitely not easy but they were so kind and helpful.

Carlos & Gabriel were on time, kind and conscientious! They met me at the RH Outlet and I had 8 medium sized furniture items that had to be fit into their truck. They took care to strap down the heavy items, used blankets (which they had!!) to protect the items. On the delivery side, the guys were great, placing each item according to my directions. The items were heavy and my space is imperfect, but the guys had a great attitude the whole time. Would work with them anytime! Also the truck was a great size - I was surprised everything fit with space to spare!
Brittany and Jordan did an excellent job with communicating and transporting our couch from the West elm outlet to our house. Would definitely recommend them.
They did an awesome job moving my vintage table. Went above and beyond and communicated with me when RH Outlet Pleasanton would not release the table due to the fact that the photo of the receipt Lugg provided from me was not clear enough to read. I’m so pleased with their service!
These guys are great! Unfortunately RH outlet messed up our order so they only gave our Lugg mover 1 out of 3 carpets. Derec and Darnell said they confirmed entire order before leaving and RH admits fault.
Did not receive a the electrical box to plug the reclining loveseat into the outlet! Help!!!!! Can’t use the couch without it. Please contact them!

These guys are great. I bought furniture at z gallerie outlet and they came within 25 minutes of the request (the delay was just their own travel time.) They were extremely efficient, professional and friendly. 10 stars.
They where super careful. This is the third range we’ve had delivered in a week. The first two where damaged by the Best Buy Outlet’s contracted movers. We couldn’t ask for a better job and would highly recommend them to anybody needing movers.

I love a service that is on time! Received several texts as to the delivery progress. Nice clean white van pulled up and Ian and Jamal introduced themselves and got right to business. They were friendly and efficient. I will use them again!!!! Thanks to Macy’s outlet guy who suggested this service since Macy’s couldn’t deliver for a week. Lugg delivered at my request the next day! Loved getting $10 off with the Macy’s coupon as well! I will be a repeat customer!

We loved the app. The Lugg guys. Hard working. Polite. They did a great job Question: they have the brackets to our cabinet. These hold the shelves up. RH OUTLET says they had them in hand as they left their warehouse. How can I make arrangements to get them?
Maurice and jack was very friendly and helpful, but I was not satisfied with lugg service because the merchandise arrived 1 hr after the stated time and I expected the merchandise to be fully wrapped and covered to protect the merchandise during the delivery and after its is put in the garage. My concern now is if the merchandise might have been damaged and I would like to know how we can get it covered and protected as I was expecting, because all the other merchandise was being wrapped and covered at the RH outlet
My delivery service with Terry and Tamas was 5-star. They were responsive (texting me with updates), friendly, punctual, and genuinely nice guys. They were quick to pick up my items from the Pottery Barn Outlet in Alameda and had zero qualms driving my goodies up to the Napa Valley. Price was reasonable, would highly recommend them to a friend and will certainly call upon them again in the future. Thanks guys!!
Christopher and Sebastian were awesome, super efficient and professional! We had a small hiccup when the original drivers couldn’t arrive on time, but they stepped in immediately and headed our way to make sure we still had the quickest pickup and delivery possible. I really appreciated their willingness to jump in without hesitation. They both were really nice and did not mind that we have cats to manage around lol. The most important part is they ensured all the equipment that is more fragile was wrapped and held down really well so it arrived without a scratch! Extremely appreciative of the attention to detail, the help bringing it into the house and the genuine kindness they showed! ❤️
