Andres and Cesar are an expert duo. They were tracking early to the pickup, and me a few minutes later than the target, and they were great communicating over text to figure out the details of pickup with the store. By the time I had arrived, they already had the item loaded and ready to go, making for a totally stress-free relocation experience. They brought everything needed to wrap/protect on all sides (super impressed laying blankets to protect even the floor of my apartment!) and worked together (with me) to efficiently assess and bring this huge, heavy piece into my building and then into my home. Cannot thank you enough! A wonderful experience.
The only complaint was they didn’t arrive at the target time and I didn’t know when to expect but other than that, a great team and great guys that helped do something that seemed insurmountable to us. Thank you!
We have a bugler targeting at us so we have to move everything from this broken home over night.Ty for this marvelous job and being willing to cooperate with this ungodly situation
One briefly fell down my steep stairs while carrying two loosely-stacked but big boxes that I handed him. He injured one side of his body. He was badly hurt and in a lot of pain. He was able to move more once the truck got to the target destination, but his mobility was still affected. He has strong work ethic so the move was completed despite his injuries, though I think he should at least get an ice pack or something to help recover. Other than that, the move went great.
They were at pick up location right on target and delivered very quickly and were very friendly. I will be using this service and referring those I know. Love having this service available.
They were both very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Their ETA was right on target, and their setup went great! I would highly recommend this team for future moves!!!
My dresser had a small crack at the top after it was moved so I wish they were a little gentler, but it’s also from Target so I don’t hold it against them too much.
Brought my table back to target (box-less) and dealt with guest services for a bit since I didn’t have the original invoice. Ended up working out perfectly!

Christopher and Sebastian were awesome, super efficient and professional! We had a small hiccup when the original drivers couldn’t arrive on time, but they stepped in immediately and headed our way to make sure we still had the quickest pickup and delivery possible. I really appreciated their willingness to jump in without hesitation. They both were really nice and did not mind that we have cats to manage around lol. The most important part is they ensured all the equipment that is more fragile was wrapped and held down really well so it arrived without a scratch! Extremely appreciative of the attention to detail, the help bringing it into the house and the genuine kindness they showed! ❤️

My only dislike is in pottery barn and not following through on wrapping my merchandise and honesty about my delivery window
Hired Lugg to move a single piece of furniture purchased from a store to deliver to our home. John and Jose were 5 minutes early arriving. They handled with care loading, blanketing and tying down for delivery. They were respectful of our home asking if it was OK to use their 4 wheel dolly on our carpets. They also agreed to move another piece of furniture to make room for the new. Thank you John and Jose.
these guys were great — fast, efficient, great attitude. The Best Buy delivery guys couldn’t figure out how to move my existing fridge and just gave up. They left the new fridge downstairs and left. Ralph and Timothy figured it out immediately and then offered to complete the job of moving the old fridge downstairs and moving the new one upstairs.
Anton was great and provided spectacular delivery service. He communicated his location several times during the process and handled our furniture with great care. Overall, it was a thoroughly positive experience.

The delivery was on time. both workers were very courteous, friendly, polite and efficient and handled the delivery with care and expertise.
