These two gentlemen’s took on a challenge!! They picked up a loft bed for me at Home Depot and brought it back to my home and assembled it. it was quite a challenge to build, but they both had positive attitudes and was able to pull through and put it together. - Jessica

These guys worked so fast and efficiently. Anthony did an amazing job organizing and packing my car with such precision. It’s going to be so easy to find what I’m looking for when I need something. He left me with a clear field of vision from every angle. I have a 31 hour drive, so I appreciate feeling safe. Malik was friendly, kind, and incredibly hard working. The stairs are both steep and winding. Many of my belonging were incredibly heavy. With armfuls of items, Malik flew up and down those stairs like he had wings. After all of that, he even grabbed several bags of my garbage and took them down to the can. I’ve been running off of 3 hours sleep in 2 days, packing and cleaning nonstop. That act of kindness was very much needed and appreciated. Thank you guys for all of your hard work. - Amanda

I was a little concerned when the seller of the bed frame I purchased sent photos of it being loaded in the truck and informed me the mover had not wrapped anything and had placed the wood pieces on the concrete. But everything arrived okay and he was very helpful unloading it into the apartment. - ANIKA

Caleb and Keyondis were timely, courteous, professional and overall just fantastic. I couldn’t have hoped for better Luggers. They went the extra mile to help with moving two king beds up and down steep stairs (that weren’t even part of the move) and setting up a bed at the destination. They also took great care not to bump any ceiling fixtures, door frames or wall art when navigating narrow hallways and stairwells with sharp turns. 10/10. Would love to have them for any future moves. - Mollie

Lugg w/ Paki & Sadiki : This is my second time using Lugg, and my movers went above and beyond with assisting me! They not only expertly moved my antique furniture out of a home with multiple flights of stairs, but they also assembled my bed upon delivery to my home! I will continue to use the service. If you too would like to use the service, I would recommend these two movers for all of your needs. Seriously! Despite being stung by a wasp at my home, they still were so quick and helpful. 100/10 movers. - Malia

I love antique furniture, so I was really worried about moving my heavy antique bed. Huge thanks to Joseph and Richard! Even though my building's elevator was tiny, they didn't give up and somehow managed to get it safely into my bedroom. They were friendly, careful, and worked so hard. I'm beyond grateful for their help. Highly recommend them! - Wi

These gentlemen were absolutely exceptional!!! From beginning to end they kept me posted with their location until they arrived. They loaded and unloaded my bed carefully and quickly. Once they placed everything inside my home they asked where I would like my bed to be assembled. I was shocked as I thought it would only be delivered, so I was very pleased to find out they were also going to assemble it. During assembly we hit a road block because we noticed some pieces were missing to properly assemble the bed. They quickly came up with a resolution and was able to drill the bed together where the pieces were missing to ensure it was nice and sturdy. They were both very kind and professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for movers. I was very pleased with their service and would love to have them move items again for me in the future. - Bella

Julio and Anthony were excellent! They were very friendly and efficient. I needed heavy mattresses moved up a lot of stairs, as well as a metal bedframe. They had tools with them to take the bed frame apart and were done in no time. They also removed heavy drapes. I highly recommend this team. - Patti
