Christian and Consantino helped me today in an extraordinary way. Since losing our Altadena family home of 35 years Altadena in the Eaton Fire on 1/8/25, much of life has been upside down. Although we relocated to Oxnard, I continued to commute to my Pasadena office part time and worked virtually part time. Today’s move represented closing my beloved Pasadena office. Christian and Constantino were kind and compassionate. Working efficiently and non-stop from the moment they arrived, they handled my things with great care. They helped me move forward in my life, in a very meaningful way. They both deserve the highest praise and have my wholehearted recommendation.
I love the same day concept. I was absolutely in need of this. I had no idea how I was going get my floor model furniture home from the furniture store. The team that arrive was very professional and strong. This is key for a smooth transaction. This was spur of the moment purchase I had a little bit of poor planning at my house, but the Team was very patient with me and understanding. 5 starts would use again and recommend

Super grateful for my two movers Hector and Rhidon this afternoon…they made a tedious move between two homes over an hour apart so much easier…They cheerfully loaded up everything I asked and treated it all with care and concern…not a scratch anywhere! Hired Lugg to move a single piece of furniture purchased from a store to deliver to our home. John and Jose were 5 minutes early arriving. They handled with care loading, blanketing and tying down for delivery. They were respectful of our home asking if it was OK to use their 4 wheel dolly on our carpets. They also agreed to move another piece of furniture to make room for the new. Thank you John and Jose.
Roberto and Emanuel were a fabulous help to us in moving heavy furniture! They were careful with our items and our home, efficient and very nice. Definitely recommend the two of them!

This team was extremely professional & focused. Homer & Kevin had to carry all my furniture up 4 flights of stairs because the building’s elevator is broken. The offload job was difficult and this team did it very quickly! Again many thanks to Homer & Kevin for taking such good care of my belongings & for their great attitude. I tipped $50 cash (to be split) at the end of the job & left $130.00 tip to be split between the 2 movers on the Lugg website. An excellent job!! Highly recommend Kevin & Homer !! Thank you again Lugg for a fantastic experience!

Super job done by Nicolas and Brandon! They came about 40 minutes past 12 (expected them to come between 11-12), but they let me know they were running late and told me what time they’d come, which was fine to me. They were friendly, polite and professional. They were very careful with the dresser and knew how to get the drawers out to make it lighter to carry. They had special straps which made carrying the dresser easier. It fit in their truck and they followed me to our home and they drove carefully so as to not jostle the dresser. After carrying dresser into my home and putting drawers back tbey moved another dresser out of the bedroom. That was impromptu on my part. They did it cheerfully and I would absolute recommend them to anyone needing moving help!
They did such a professional job even tho the app stopped working before the pick up. They called me and got the address for the delivery . They were considerate of items and my home using blankets etc
Tim & Ryan were prompt, friendly, and incredibly careful during the moving process. They helped me empty my storage unit and haul several pieces of furniture into my home swiftly and without any damage. Grateful!

Movers delivered a small sofa. Patiently waited for the Lugg App to upload the correct address information and got the sofa to its new home.
These guys are fantastic! Ironically, Denis had delivered a piece of furniture to my home a few months earlier, such a nice surprise to see him again! Ralph and Denis arrived on time, were very polite and took away the items I needed Lugged. I was very pleased with the extra care they took while handling a tabletop; Ralph carried his own roll of paper towels and placed several on the ground so that my piece of furniture would not get damaged. Highly recommend using Lugg.

Hello, I recently completed a Lugg move today and need an itemized invoice for insurance documentation related to a home restoration claim. Could you please provide an invoice that includes a detailed description of the services performed? The movers assisted with the return of household contents to the home after mitigation work and helped reposition furniture that had been stored in the garage. Specifically, the services included: • Transporting household belongings from temporary housing back to the residence • Returning contents to the home following restoration work • Moving furniture that had been stored in the garage back into the house • Repositioning multiple furniture pieces including sofas, sofa chairs, dining table, kitchen table, desks, stools, and entryway table • Moving rugs and rug pads back into place • Carrying items upstairs and placing furniture back into the appropriate rooms • Moving planters and other household furnishings from the garage into the home The movers spent several hours assisting with the return of contents and placing furniture back into position throughout the house. This documentation will be submitted to my insurance company as part of the pack-back / return of contents process following mitigation. Thank you very much for your help.
I had two guys one was really knowledgeable about moving things. He was careful. He’s been with Lugg a good while now. His assistant was a new guy so was still learning. So glad this service exists! Will use them any time i need heavy objects moved in our home.
