I've waited 3 hours over the scheduled time. However, when the two arrived they immediately got to work on moving the cabinet straight into the home with no issues. Kudos to the two for getting it done. 😎😎
Demetrus and Jenny were initially told they could not deliver our heavy piece of furniture to the top floor in the media room. After some back and forth with customer support, we decided to have the furniture sit in the foyer for us to figure out how to get it up on our own time. Customer support did not help in finding a solution. Demetrus and Jenny brought the furniture in and asked if we wanted to try to get it up if we worked as a team. He was genuinely concerned about damaging the furniture or other areas of the home in the process since the furniture was so heavy and long. But he and Jenny were determined as long as my wife and I were willing to help. Sure enough, with his lead and expertise, we got the furniture to where it belonged in 1 piece without any damage. It was a 200+ lb, long media console that needed to get up a long flight of stairs and make a tight corner at the top. We are very appreciative to Demetrus and Jenny for having the determination to get the job done, to help us out even when their own customer support was not willing to help. They were terrific!
they did a great job of making sure nothing in my home was damaged during the move and using extra tools that they brought along. It was a very tight fit getting my couch up the stairs and they did a wonderful job!
I’m super happy to have found this app! Bought a chair at Home Goods and got this option from a store employee- way easier than trying to lug it into my minivan. Watch out Walmart! Now I can make those spontaneous purchases and not worry how to get it home!!
I had an excellent experience with LP and JK. Communication waa timely, clear and efficient They confirmed the pickup ahead of time and they arrived on time at the pick-up location. They followed the instructions from the store to pick up around the back at the dock. I happened to be at the store purchasing additional items which I was able to add to the pick-up. They confirmed all items and let me know they were loaded for delivery. They met me at my home and confirm the locations where the items would be set up . They didn't carefully unloaded each item, a chest of drawers and a glass bookcase, and ensured they were setup to expectation. I will definitely use the service again.

They went above and beyond by picking up a large piece of furniture from Costco, delivering it to our home, setting it up, and making sure it was perfectly placed. We used Lugg lite when we purchased some items from ikea. I drive a sedan and they wouldn’t fit and we chose Lugg so we could get the items delivered the same day. Items were picked up before we even made it home and delivered within 40 minutes after arriving home. Both gentleman were super helpful into placing the large items in my living room. They were both great with positive attitude.
I ordered IKEA day bed and requested to deliver at my place. To my surprise bed was picked up and delivered with care to my home address within 1 hour of purchase. Jordan and Brittany were quick and responsive and very professional. I would definitely recommend them.
We purchased a dining room table late in the day from IKEA and the boxes were too large/long for us to take home ourselves. So, IKEA set us up to have it delivered early morning the next day, and Marty was GREAT! Even though it was a 'relatively small' job, he was very friendly upon arrival, ahead of schedule,and unloaded and dropped the boxes quickly, efficiently and with great care... He was done in a matter of minutes. From this experience, I would absolutely recommend Lugg and Marty. Thank you!

They went above and beyond to help my aunt and I get my father moved from Assisted Living into a Nursing home with a VERY small room. They accommodated our every need and really helped us get everything situated so that it would work well for my 93 year old father. They were also very careful with my Dad's furniture, two of the pieces he had built and are of sentimental value. We appreciated them so much!!!
