The guys were great with what they had to deal with. The truck was supposed to fit in the parking garage that was height max of 8’ 2” . The truck that was used (and was picked by the Lugg app ) was 6’5”. It did not fit into the parking garage so the 2 movers had to go up the parking garage carrying the sofa. More time on the clock, more manpower was needed. The other 3 items : Peloton bike, 8x10 wool rug and 76 x 32” mirror was loaded by the 2 movers into the truck and delivered to the destination but my son had to put them in the elevator and carry them to the apartment because the movers weren’t able to because of the couch that they had to deal with since the truck that was supposed to be able to drive up to my floor couldn’t fit. Had we all known the truck wouldn’t fit in the parking garage we would have planned accordingly but the truck size was misleading. Hence we were charged more and had to move 3 of the 4 items without assistance at destination. Not the drivers fault at all. They definitely went above and beyond.
Very slow and did not use their own moving equipment. Asked for help from customer and took up too much time. Shouldn’t be luggers if you can’t move efficiently. The experience felt like they wanted to milk the clock and overcharge for what was delivered. Wouldn’t recommend them.
Senad and Nathan were great! Had all the tools and equipment needed, even helped dismantle my fridge when needed to get it through narrow entryway. Went the extra mile and did all the heavy lifting, couldn’t have done it without them. Highly recommend!!!
Mario and Nathan were awesome and super efficient. We weren’t sure how long it would take so booked for a few bigger items. They were so careful and so efficient, we had them move quite a few other things. We are having the floors redone and recommend Lugg to help clear the rooms instead of trying to DIY.
It was great. They were willing to go the extra mile to get big furniture out, which wasn’t easy. I’m grateful.
I can’t say enough good things about these two courteous hard working men! Leonard and Darrell were very patient, even though Big Lots store was slow to bring furniture to the front (the store was very busy for a Saturday). They were prompt to arrive, careful not to bang into walls or other furniture, very pleasant to be around! It was like having someone in my own family help us out—they cared enough to do things carefully!
They worked very efficiently. Moved all the big items including bedframes and mattresses from right from the apartment at pick up location and brought up everything in new apartment as well. Thank you so much Lugg for making the move-in procedure so easy and stress free. :)
First, they came in a timely manner (I think it was a few minutes before my scheduled time). I had a lot of big, heavy boxes and they moved them with no problem. They were extremely careful not to scuff or scratch the walls which have been recently painted. I was very happy and satisfied with their service! Thank you so much!
Damion and Meagan make an amazing team! They did an excellent job moving all of our items. It was a big move and they did a fantastic job. Everything was done so quickly and efficiently. They were also very friendly and sweet! Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Demetrus and Jenny were initially told they could not deliver our heavy piece of furniture to the top floor in the media room. After some back and forth with customer support, we decided to have the furniture sit in the foyer for us to figure out how to get it up on our own time. Customer support did not help in finding a solution. Demetrus and Jenny brought the furniture in and asked if we wanted to try to get it up if we worked as a team. He was genuinely concerned about damaging the furniture or other areas of the home in the process since the furniture was so heavy and long. But he and Jenny were determined as long as my wife and I were willing to help. Sure enough, with his lead and expertise, we got the furniture to where it belonged in 1 piece without any damage. It was a 200+ lb, long media console that needed to get up a long flight of stairs and make a tight corner at the top. We are very appreciative to Demetrus and Jenny for having the determination to get the job done, to help us out even when their own customer support was not willing to help. They were terrific!

These two gentlemen were quick, efficient and polite. I suggested they come through the side of the house so they would not have to carry the piece as far but they informed me that it wasn't very heavy and they would be happy to come through the front or the side. After placing the dining table where I wanted it, they very quickly removed the blankets and wrapping and were on their way. This is my second Lugg experience and I will definitely use you again!

Demetrus and Jenny were initially told they could not deliver our heavy piece of furniture to the top floor in the media room.
