Daniel was incredibly helpful with delivering some fragile items that required a more thoughtful approach due to the circumstances for which we needed to relocate them. He did not hesitate to help in any way he could and went above & beyond from pickup to delivery without hesitation. We truly appreciate all of his help and effort! - Kate
Demarion and Ancil were truly my heroes today! After multiple failed delivery attempts with Taskrabbit, they were my last hope. They managed to maneuver an extremely heavy and large couch up multiple flights of stairs without AC. I truly cannot thank them enough! - Sydney
Very professional and showed up in a timely manner and according to schedule. We’re even willing to do parts of the delivery that they didn’t even need to take care of. Highly recommend. - Brian
I really like this service: exceptionally speedy delivery following purchase, narrow one hour window for ETA, text updates on progress, and Brandon and Patrick were both courteous and efficient. - Patsy
Calvin and Joshua were great. They kept me posted on their delivery status and when they would arrive. They took great care of my furniture. Thank you both for doing a great job! - Michelle
The delivery arrived right on time as expected, and couldn’t have been any easier. I appreciate that very much and now am more confident about using LUGG in the future. THANK YOU!! - Bev
Very good experience - knew where the pickup and drop-off was at all times. Delivery was right on schedule. Jose and Laurent were terrific - Charles
Lawrence and Ukana were so fast and friendly. Very professionally and communicated so well with where they were in their delivery timeline. They even called to verify the items for delivery so nothing was missed. Would highly recommend them. - cecilia
You guys did an amazing job, thank you so much for the timely delivery and helpfulness, you guys are the best! Appreciated! - Fahrettin
Both of them are great! My one caveat is that at World Market, I was told the fee included delivery and set up. I didn’t know it was only delivery. - Carol
Great service! The delivery team was on time, professional, and handled my furniture with care. Very smooth experience! - Lina
Thank you both so much for your quick and timely delivery! You made delivering and assembling a 200lb desk look easy. - Lena
I had an excellent experience with LP and JK. Communication waa timely, clear and efficient They confirmed the pickup ahead of time and they arrived on time at the pick-up location. They followed the instructions from the store to pick up around the back at the dock. I happened to be at the store purchasing additional items which I was able to add to the pick-up. They confirmed all items and let me know they were loaded for delivery. They met me at my home and confirm the locations where the items would be set up . They didn't carefully unloaded each item, a chest of drawers and a glass bookcase, and ensured they were setup to expectation. I will definitely use the service again. - Angela
Quick service and careful delivery of my new furniture. I’ll use Lugg again soon and I’ll refer to friends. - Brent
These are my favorite guys. I think this is their third delivery to our house. I was so happy to find out they were the ones on this last delivery. They are great and I thank them for their professionalism. - Barbie
Christopher and Nathan provided outstanding delivery service! They went above and beyond by picking up a large piece of furniture from Costco, delivering it to our home, setting it up, and making sure it was perfectly placed. Both were professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again. Great job, guys! - Christina
These gentlemen did an amazing job. They kept in touch with me about the delivery details, and they kept to their timeline. Jacob and Ancil were professional and I will request their assistance in the future. I have also told of my experience with Lugg on our Next Door community website. Thank you! - Lavon
Angel and Laurent were great in delivering my item. They were very careful and it was a smooth delivery. - Nicole
They did a wonderful job. It was so fast from my purchase to delivery. I will definitely use your company again. Very polite and professional. Well done 👍 - Dona
Friendly, professional and on time. Good communication with me on day of pickup and delivery. Left my house ready to get back to work. A 10 out of 10. - Margie
You guys were awesome. Delivery went smoothly and no long wait time. I will definitely be using this service again and recommending it to friends I know. - Charlena
Speedy delivery and install. Very efficient and worth every penny. We would rate you 10 stars if we could. Thank you, we will definitely recommend this service to friends. - Christopher
Adrian an Ancil were awesome! I received a text that allowed me to track their progress on my delivery. I also received a text communication from them that allowed me to send them a picture of the receipt that was needed for the pickup. The console I ordered was carefully wrapped and protected for the trip from the store to my house and it was received undamaged. They quickly got my furniture piece, unloaded, unwrapped and placed in the right spot. This was my first time using Lugg and I would definitely use them again! Thank you Adrian and Ancil for a job well-done! - Lisa
They were extremely professional and careful with my furniture piece! And timeliness was perfect. The delivery service was right on schedule as promised. - Leslie
