Jose and Joshua were fantastic. We were in a bind and needed to move a refrigerator with last minute notice otherwise it was going to delay the closing of our house. They showed up quickly, tools in hand and ready to go. They were quick, helpful and friendly and did exactly what we needed in record time. They really saved us in a sticky situation. I was incredible impressed and would hire them again. Thank you Jose and Joshua for saving the day!

They were polite, & got the job done quickly & efficiently. They were careful moving the refrigerator through doorways when they picked it up and delivered it. I especially appreciate the hard work delivering it in the almost 100° heat.
Senad and Nathan were great! Had all the tools and equipment needed, even helped dismantle my fridge when needed to get it through narrow entryway. Went the extra mile and did all the heavy lifting, couldn’t have done it without them. Highly recommend!!!

The duo sent was amazing however the company over charged 4x the amount quoted and then I had to wait for the refund because there are no live agents. First time using lugg. Loved the movers they were extremely kind but if a company doesn’t have customer service line to call I’m not sure if I’ll use lugg again.

These two movers were some of the most excellent movers that I have ever experienced. I have moved from the southeastern part of the United States up to the Midwest, back down through Florida now here to Texas and I would recommend these over some of the more higher priced movers at any point. Very professional and extremely accommodating. If you are looking for some movers that get it done efficiently, timely and most importantly - with care - these are your guys. I will definitely be using them in the future.
Calvin & Patrick took over for another mover who was a no show. They did a great job once they showed up. I was waiting for almost 2 hours for the previously contracted movers who ended up canceling.

They handled all of my large items, including a twin bed, mattress, 55-inch TV, TV stand, desk, and sofa, with great care. They were also super efficient with space in the truck and managed to load everything in a way that was both secure and well-organized. On top of that, they helped me break down the bed frame, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. I was especially impressed by how fast they worked without cutting any corners. They clearly knew what they were doing and worked together seamlessly. If you’re looking for reliable, professional, and friendly movers, I highly recommend Darion and Deondre. They made what could’ve been a stressful day feel easy!

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Steele & Nathan as my Lugg movers! They handled my super heavy drawer with such care and skill, delivering it to the second floor without any issues. They truly went above and beyond, even helping us unwrap the drawer – something that wasn’t even part of their job. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole moving experience stress-free. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and hardworking movers!”
The guys were great with what they had to deal with. The truck was supposed to fit in the parking garage that was height max of 8’ 2” . The truck that was used (and was picked by the Lugg app ) was 6’5”. It did not fit into the parking garage so the 2 movers had to go up the parking garage carrying the sofa. More time on the clock, more manpower was needed. The other 3 items : Peloton bike, 8x10 wool rug and 76 x 32” mirror was loaded by the 2 movers into the truck and delivered to the destination but my son had to put them in the elevator and carry them to the apartment because the movers weren’t able to because of the couch that they had to deal with since the truck that was supposed to be able to drive up to my floor couldn’t fit. Had we all known the truck wouldn’t fit in the parking garage we would have planned accordingly but the truck size was misleading. Hence we were charged more and had to move 3 of the 4 items without assistance at destination. Not the drivers fault at all. They definitely went above and beyond.
Adrian and Ancil are A+ movers and I would highly recommend them. They are professional and work quickly to get the work completed.

Love two employees, next time I think two people who can actually lift heavy stuff is best. I had to help movers myself to be able to accomplish the task and it set my work schedule back.
