What if my items or location get damaged?

Great question! While the vast majority of moves go smoothly thanks to our careful and professional Luggers, accidents can occasionally happen. If something is damaged during your move, we’re here to help make it right. Just email us at support@lugg.com with photos of the damage, and our team will get the claims process started. Please be sure not to dispose of any damaged items until your claim has been fully resolved.
