Can I ride in the vehicle with my stuff?

No — for safety and liability reasons, customers are not able to ride in the Lugger's vehicle. Lugg is a moving and delivery service, not a rideshare, so ride-alongs are not permitted.

You're welcome to meet your crew at the drop-off location. You can track your Lugg in real time through the app or website so you'll know exactly when to expect them.
