Does Lugg have an hourly minimum?
Lugg has no hourly minimum. On a standard Lugg, you pay by the minute for labor at each stop, so if your move takes 45 minutes, you pay for 45 minutes. Many traditional moving companies require a 2 to 3 hour minimum.

Does this apply to every Lugg?
Per-minute labor applies to standard Luggs. A partner store delivery has a fixed price instead, marked Final price in the app with no labor rate listed, as long as only one stop on your route isn't a partner store. If you add a second stop that isn't a partner store, such as a storage unit or the dump, your Lugg is priced as a standard Lugg, with labor time at every stop.
