Does Lugg have an hourly minimum?

No — Lugg has no hourly minimum. Unlike traditional moving companies that typically require a 2–3 hour minimum, Lugg charges by the minute for labor at each stop. If your move takes 45 minutes, you pay for 45 minutes.

You're also never charged for drive time between stops — labor automatically pauses while your Luggers are in transit.

Does this apply to all Luggs?

Labor minutes apply to standard Luggs. If you booked a partner store delivery, your price is fixed at booking — clearly marked as "Final Price" in the app with no labor rate listed.
