How do I get a Lugg estimate?
You can get a Lugg estimate before you book, wherever you book: on the Lugg website, in the Lugg app, or through the apps and partner sites that offer Lugg. Enter your addresses and choose a vehicle, and you'll see a full breakdown right away, with no account needed on the website.
On the Lugg website
Enter your pickup and drop-off addresses on the estimate page or on any Lugg service page. Choose your vehicle (Lite, Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+) and use the Understand your estimate slider to estimate your labor time, from a few items up to a 3+ bedroom home. You'll see each line of your estimate: base fare, traveled mile, labor fee, booking fee and your estimated total.
In the Lugg app
Enter your addresses, then tap the vehicle you want to see pricing for. You'll see the same breakdown, plus what most customers pay for that vehicle, so you can compare. Tap Understand your estimate to explore pricing for different move sizes.
If your route is more than 30 miles, or a stop is inside Seattle city limits, your estimate will also show that charge as its own line.
Booking a delivery from a partner store
When your Lugg is from a partner store and only one stop on your route isn't a partner store, you'll see a fixed rate with no labor time and a Final price notation next to your total. The price you see is the price you pay. If you add a second stop that isn't a partner store, such as a storage unit or the dump, your estimate switches to standard pricing with labor time.
Is the estimate the final price?
Your Lugg estimate is your final price on a partner store delivery. On a standard Lugg, the final price is based on the actual labor time, so if your move takes less time, you pay less. Here's how Lugg pricing works.
