What moving supplies and equipment will the Luggers bring?
Every Lugg crew arrives with a dolly, moving blankets, stretch wrap, ratchet tie-down straps and basic hand tools, all included at no extra charge. Pickup trucks also carry a tarp for weather protection.
What Lugg movers bring
Dolly — for transporting heavy items
Moving blankets — to protect furniture from scratches and dings
Stretch wrap — to secure drawers, doors, and delicate pieces
Ratchet tie-down straps — to secure furniture safely in the vehicle
Screwdriver with basic bits and allen key or hex wrench — for simple furniture assembly or disassembly
Tarp (pickup trucks only) — for weather protection during transport
We do not provide moving boxes or mattress covers. Please have your items boxed before our arrival and have a mattress cover ready for your Luggers to put on your mattress to keep it spotless during the move. For better weather protection, especially during rain, consider booking a van instead of a pickup truck.
