James was super hardworking and efficient. He asked questions when needed and transported most of the items. Pedro seemed unconcerned with moving quickly and was noticeably less helpful than James. If I could give a review individually, I would give James a 5 and Pedro a 3 - Ozi

Houssemeddine & William were fantastic. Efficently moved my sleeper couch down two flights of stairs, through a tight alley way and into their truck. Once we arrived, they even put the couch together. - Angus

John and Alonso even covered my box after deliver to ensure it was protected from the rain. They gave that extra 1%. Would highly reccomend them. In the future, the only improvement would be the COI - my building requires an umbrella policy (this isn’t the movers - it’s the insurance provided for the movers & I need an umbrella policy) - Thor
Was beyond appreciative of Ernesto and Adrian. They were fast, efficient, were careful to place my new furniture in a convenient arrangement at my new place, and were both very kind. Smoothest move ever! Thanks yall. - Haley
Incredibly helpful and professional. I purchased a large piece of furniture site, unseen on Facebook marketplace. I didn’t realize that the piece was going to be extremely hard to make it up into my apartment but Orlando and Jamal figured it out with a positive attitude. Will use Lugg again and highly recommend.  - Garrett
