Can I have multiple stops in a single Lugg?

Yes — you can include up to five addresses in a single Lugg.

How to add multiple stops

When you start a booking in the app, enter your pickup and first drop-off address. You'll see an Add Stop button — tap it to add another address. Repeat until you have up to five total stops. You can reorder your stops before confirming by tapping the address list and dragging them into the order you want.

How pricing works with multiple stops

Your price updates in real time as you add or reorder stops, so you'll always see an upfront estimate before you book. Each additional stop increases your total based on the extra mileage and labor time at each location. For partner store deliveries, extra stops are charged a per-stop fee dependent on your vehicle booked.

Changing your route after booking

You can edit your route directly in the app as long as your Luggers haven't been dispatched. Open your active Lugg, tap the pencil icon next to any stop, and you'll see the Edit route screen where you can update or reorder your stops.

Once your Lugg is in progress, you can still add a stop — let your Luggers know, or chat with our live support team through the app or website. The extra stop will be added to your route and reflected in your final bill.

After your trip is complete, your receipt will list all stops, the route taken, and the final cost.
