How do I know my scheduled Lugg is on the way?

Lugg keeps you updated at every step:

Booking confirmation

As soon as you book, you'll receive a confirmation text with the details of your Lugg — including your vehicle type, crew size, scheduled arrival window, and your booking ID (a six-character code). If you have an email on file, you'll also get a confirmation email.

Changes and updates

If you reschedule or make any changes to your Lugg, you'll get an updated text (and email, if on file) with the new details.

Day-of reminder

On the day of your move, you'll get a reminder text with your scheduled arrival window so you're ready for your crew.

When your Luggers are dispatched

Once your Luggers are on the way, you'll get a notification with their ETA and can start tracking their location in real time. If you booked on the app, this comes as a push notification with live tracking. If you booked on the website, you'll get a text with a live tracking link. Either way, you can call or text your Luggers directly to coordinate.
