Lugg can arrive in as little as 30 minutes for on-demand bookings, or you can schedule for the hour of your choice up to 30 days in advance.

On-demand bookings

For on-demand bookings, a Lugg crew can be at your location in as little as 30 minutes. On-demand options include arrival within 30 minutes, one hour, or two hours depending on crew availability. Open the Lugg app or visit lugg.com to see what's available for your area.

Scheduled bookings

You can schedule your Lugg for the hour of your choice, up to 30 days in advance. You'll select a one-hour arrival window during booking (like 9 AM–10 AM), and your Luggers will arrive within that window. For more details on the booking process, see How do I book a Lugg?

How to track your Luggers

Once your Luggers are dispatched, you can track their location in real time. If you booked on the app, you'll get a push notification with live tracking. If you booked on the website, you'll get a text with a live tracking link. Either way, you can call or text your Luggers directly to coordinate.
