Hired Lugg to move a single piece of furniture purchased from a store to deliver to our home. John and Jose were 5 minutes early arriving. They handled with care loading, blanketing and tying down for delivery. They were respectful of our home asking if it was OK to use their 4 wheel dolly on our carpets. John and Jose are very professional. They delivered a large mirror I purchased from a store to my home. When thy opened the door to the van, they had the mirror stored securely; I was actually shocked and grateful. It was a collaborative effort to get the mirror through the door; and they weren’t offended to by suggestions as to how to bring the mirror through the door.
They were on time told me when they were head to the store at location. Sent photo of item to double tap to male sure it was the correct item. Informed me when they we loading. I got an ETA, also text when they were 10 mins out so I could meet them outside. These two were pro's from start to finish!
