What if I only need help at one location and don’t need a vehicle?

We can certainly accommodate this type of request! You'll still need to make a traditional request through the Lugg app or the Lugg website. We recommend requesting the vehicle with the least expensive base fare, which is our pickup truck product. If you only need the help of one Lugger, you can request a Lugg with just one person as well! We do ask though that you are able to help should an item be too heavy for the one Lugger.

When booking, you'll want to enter your pick-up address and destination address as the same address. You’ll then see a breakdown of what to expect for your Lugg bill; the breakdown will include the base fare and the price per minute that your Lugger(s) spend helping you complete your Lugg.
