Can my Luggers unbox my store delivery?

If we are delivering items to you from a store, we will be glad to deliver the items to the room of your choice but we will not be able to unpack or set up the items, as your store delivery rate only covers the loading and delivery of your new items. If you need additional help unboxing your new items and disposing of those materials, off-site, you are able to book a second Lugg.

Every Lugg store delivery includes 15 minutes of labor at the destination, which covers room-of-choice placement and light positioning of your items.

If you need additional help beyond placement — like unboxing, multi-item assembly, or disposal of packaging materials — you have a couple of options:

Book a second Lugg for unboxing, assembly, or setup

If the unboxing is quick, your Luggers may be able to help within the included 15 minutes. For larger jobs — like full unboxing, assembly, or multi-item setup — book a second Lugg with the same pickup and destination addresses. We can route it to the same crew so they handle both back-to-back. Just email support@lugg.com or let your Luggers know on the day.

Add a stop for old item removal

Getting a new couch but need to get rid of the old one? With multi-stop Luggs, you can add an extra stop to drop off your old items at a donation center or dump — all in the same booking. An additional per-stop fee applies.
