Can my Luggers unbox my store delivery?

Your Luggers will bring your delivery to the room of your choice, but unboxing and packaging disposal aren't part of a partner store delivery. Here's what's included — and how to add more help if you need it.

What's included

Every partner store delivery includes 15 minutes of labor at the destination, which covers room-of-choice placement and light positioning of your items.

Want your furniture assembled?

You can add Assembly when you book — it's a toggle on the What are you moving? screen, with a flat rate starting at $34. Assembly covers putting your items together, but it doesn't include disposing of packaging. See Does Lugg provide furniture assembly and disassembly? for the full breakdown.

Getting rid of the old item?

Getting a new couch but need to clear out the old one? With multi-stop Luggs, you can add an extra stop to drop your old items at a donation center or the dump — all in the same booking. A per-stop fee applies.
