Yes, Lugg movers can unbox your store delivery. On a standard Lugg, unboxing and clearing the packaging are part of your labor time, billed by the minute. On a partner store delivery, the fixed price covers bringing your items into the room you choose, and you can add Assembly when you book to have your items unboxed and put together.
Standard Luggs
Your Lugg movers can help with unboxing, basic placement and carrying packaging to an on-site dumpster or the curb. It's all part of your labor time. To have packaging hauled away, add a stop at a recycling or disposal center.
Partner store deliveries
Every partner store delivery includes up to 15 minutes at your destination for room-of-choice placement and light positioning. For more help, you have options.
Add Assembly: it's a toggle on the What are you moving? screen when you book, priced by vehicle and starting at $34. Your Lugg movers unbox your items and put them together, though packaging disposal isn't included.
Add a stop for the old item: getting a new couch and clearing out the old one? Add a stop to drop it at a donation center or the dump in the same booking. That makes it a standard Lugg, priced by the minute for labor at every stop, and you'll see the new estimate as soon as you add the address. Disposal facilities also charge their own dump fee based on weight.
