Shawn and Jonathan were awesome. We bought a recliner to put in my mother’s room at the retirement village and it wouldn’t fit in the back of my SUV. We needed to coordinate around the meal schedule for the residents and not impede the movement of wheelchairs in and out of the elevator and hallways. Shawn and Jonathan jumped right to it. Got the box in their truck at Costco, followed us to the facility, wheeled it in and up to her room, got it in place and disposed of the box all while warmly greeting residents and staff at the facility including my bedridden Mom. Thank you for making this not only a painless process but pleasant as well.
Edgar and Marcos were friendly, efficient, and very practiced at working together. They emptied the entire studio apartment in just three trips and maneuvered around wheelchairs, into/out of an elevator that was a tight fit for the largest piece of furniture, and unloaded everything exactly where I requested. They did a terrific job of representing Lugg.com and I would absolutely hire them again.
Wilton and Francisco really saved me today, they helped deliver my item and helped rearrange the entire room to help me get around in my wheelchair
They were right on time with the store pick up and arriving at my house. Both were very polite and they put the furniture right where I wanted it. I use a wheelchair so having that done was a real plus. I wanted to leave them a tip but they were gone before I could give it to them.
I did not give them an easy task(loading 12 wheelchairs and wheels into one truck). They did not complain and thought outside of the box to get everything to my destination safely

Christopher and Sebastian were awesome, super efficient and professional! We had a small hiccup when the original drivers couldn’t arrive on time, but they stepped in immediately and headed our way to make sure we still had the quickest pickup and delivery possible. I really appreciated their willingness to jump in without hesitation. They both were really nice and did not mind that we have cats to manage around lol. The most important part is they ensured all the equipment that is more fragile was wrapped and held down really well so it arrived without a scratch! Extremely appreciative of the attention to detail, the help bringing it into the house and the genuine kindness they showed! ❤️

Amazing! These guys did a great job! They spotted some marks on the dresser and the store switched it out. They were also professional and friendly, maintained ongoing communication and took such great care of my delivery. You couldn’t ask for better service!
My only dislike is in pottery barn and not following through on wrapping my merchandise and honesty about my delivery window
Hired Lugg to move a single piece of furniture purchased from a store to deliver to our home. John and Jose were 5 minutes early arriving. They handled with care loading, blanketing and tying down for delivery. They were respectful of our home asking if it was OK to use their 4 wheel dolly on our carpets. They also agreed to move another piece of furniture to make room for the new. Thank you John and Jose.

these guys were great — fast, efficient, great attitude. The Best Buy delivery guys couldn’t figure out how to move my existing fridge and just gave up. They left the new fridge downstairs and left. Ralph and Timothy figured it out immediately and then offered to complete the job of moving the old fridge downstairs and moving the new one upstairs.
Anton was great and provided spectacular delivery service. He communicated his location several times during the process and handled our furniture with great care. Overall, it was a thoroughly positive experience.

The delivery was on time. both workers were very courteous, friendly, polite and efficient and handled the delivery with care and expertise. I was impressed with the service and it exceeded experiences I have had by far with other moving companies. Gregory and Ángel were professional and made the effort to complete the delivery, successfully bringing the sofa into the room without issue. In contrast, the initial delivery team (Michael and Adriel) did not attempt to unload the sofa and stated it would not fit, resulting in an unnecessary return. Due to this lack of diligence, we had to pay for a second delivery. As such, we respectfully request a refund for the inadequate service provided during the first attempt. We look forward to your response. Thank you.

Smooth and efficient delivery overall, and he was helpful, but there was some lint transfer from the moving blankets onto a light-colored sofa, and time spent cleaning parts of it during unloading.
