They called me from the IKEA store to verify that they had picked up the right order, responded to my text asking them to call me when they reached my apartment, called me when they did reach, and helped me bring around 11 items (including large pieces of furniture like my bed, desk, and nightstand) up to my apartment! Robert was excellent. He called ahead of time to let us know when he arrived at IKEA to pick up the furniture, and to double-check that what he was picking up was what we expected. Very thoughtful. He then texted to let us know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he was prompt, polite, courteous, efficient, and careful. He also helped us to bring our new sofa upstairs.
