Though oversaw one order (which was easy to oversee given not colored as two others) Luggers did everything to fix it and went to get the remainder back at IKEA!
They did amazing. I had problems with Ikea withholding some items of mine and these gentlemen raced over there and made sure I got my stuff! customer service wouldn't answer my calls so they called me and handed the phone to them. Thank you!!!
Fabiola and William are really great! There was some system error for my IKEA furnitures, and they wait for one hour to ensure everything is fine. Moreover, they helped me to move furniture to my 4th floor apartment very carefully. They went much above my expectations!
Two awesome guys chatted with me while working and didn’t slow down one bit while doing so. They even helped me with my IKEA sfuff that arrived at the drop off location at the same time. Very efficient and made me feel comfortable and safe and a part of the process the whole time!

Cody and Mauricio are two super nice, upbeat, positive guys who move fast and efficiently. They were able to maneuver my furniture in and out of a tiny old elevator that I thought wouldn’t even be an option. They took apart and rebuilt my complicated IKEA bed in no time at all. They are your guys!

They called me from the IKEA store to verify that they had picked up the right order, responded to my text asking them to call me when they reached my apartment, called me when they did reach, and helped me bring around 11 items (including large pieces of furniture like my bed, desk, and nightstand) up to my apartment! They also got everything done in less than 20 minutes. Could not be more happy!
On time, called to make sure they had the correct number of packages before leaving IKEA, communicated on timeframe and we’re very nice!!

I cannot express how kind, helpful, and knowledgeable Angel and Ammar were. They safely got at least 6 pieces of ikea furniture in boxes upstairs in my building in less than 15 minutes. Everything was obviously handled with extreme care and undamaged. They were a lifesaver to someone unfamiliar with the area and just moving in. Highly recommend!

Got a delivery from IKEA, and the store was not clear with the Luggers that there were other items at the IKEA warehouse. Gabriel and Cobey were gracious and understanding, and went back to pick up the other items quickly and without complaint. Great service.
Robert was excellent. He called ahead of time to let us know when he arrived at IKEA to pick up the furniture, and to double-check that what he was picking up was what we expected. Very thoughtful. He then texted to let us know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he was prompt, polite, courteous, efficient, and careful. He also helped us to bring our new sofa upstairs. Even though the sofa had 7 pieces, everything was done in under 18 minutes. I can’t remember the last time I had such great delivery service. Thank you, Robert!
