Robert was excellent. He called ahead of time to let us know when he arrived at IKEA to pick up the furniture, and to double-check that what he was picking up was what we expected. Very thoughtful. He then texted to let us know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he was prompt, polite, courteous, efficient, and careful. He also helped us to bring our new sofa upstairs. I'm really thankful that my order arrived right on time as scheduled. But I want to share something else that made me even more grateful. Usually, I expect the IKEA delivery folks to just drop stuff at the apartment entrance and head out. So, I was waiting outside for the delivery truck like always. But today was different! A van with ‘Lugg’ logo showed up, and two delivery guys actually brought in my ordered table and the super heavy dresser right inside the building! One of them even asked me if I was living alone. When I told them I'm on the first floor, they didn't hesitate to carry that bulky dresser all the way into my apartment. This has never happened with my IKEA orders before. Anyhow, a big thanks for not just delivering my furniture on time, but for going the extra mile to bring it inside my apartment! - Younghee
