Alberto and Francesco did an amazing job! They helped me move a dining table and six chairs from Costco to my home. The delivery involved carrying everything up the stairs, and they handled it with care — no scratches or damage at all. Jose and Guadalupe were not only spot on time, polite, efficient and professional - they were also friendly and kind. They wrangled in a big box with a recliner in it, set it up for me, and carefully broke down the box to have it fit into my building trash requirements. They were wonderful. Shawn and Jonathan were awesome. We bought a recliner to put in my mother’s room at the retirement village and it wouldn’t fit in the back of my SUV. We needed to coordinate around the meal schedule for the residents and not impede the movement of wheelchairs in and out of the elevator and hallways. Shawn and Jonathan jumped right to it. Got the box in their truck at Costco, followed us to the facility, wheeled it in and up to her room, got it in place and disposed of the box all while warmly greeting residents and staff at the facility including my bedridden Mom. Thank you for making this not only a painless process but pleasant as well.
If it wasn't for Cinthia who booked the reservations at Costco I wouldn't probably been able to schedule my delivery so fast. The delivery occurred within the time frame. I was impressed! Thank you! I never heard of Lugg before yesterday. I will use again in the future!

Was pleased with the speed which the van arrived to transport a couch from Costco. Was given a detailed description of the rules about the weight of the object to be moved. I think your website app needs to be better at listing that there is a weight limit. I did not see anything that asked me to list the weight. Ultimately the guys decided they would go ahead and move the "over weight" couch. I also did not see on the app a way to book the removal of the old sofa when the new one was delivered. So another improvement to your website would be welcome. The guys did a good job getting the old sofa out and the new one in. It was a difficult process and I really appreciated their efforts. My husband also helped some to maneuver the bulky 270 lb couch into the house as well. They were very pleasant, especially Ronald.

These guys were super helpful today. We needed a Costco king size bed delivered to our home. They were on time, super helpful and brought this up to the second floor to our bedroom. Really appreciate them!
I can’t believe they drove over two hours to pick up and drop off outdoor furniture. I scheduled an appointment to have something built but didn’t actually have the item purchased yet. I’d planned to buy it from Costco except when I went to Costco to purchase it, they’d just sold out. So, with an installation appointment scheduled for 8am the next day and no furniture to install/build, I had to find something fast (or pay a cancellation fee). Fortunately, the item was in stock at a Costco 45 mins away from me. Even better, I was able to get a Lugg that evening. These drivers drove over 2 hours to do this pick up for me. They were so friendly and very professional. I am deeply grateful.

First time user of the app and it was so easy! Bought a bunch of patio furniture from Costco with no idea how to transport so used the Lugg app and was extremely happy with the job that was done. Fast, reliable and overall a really good experience.
Delivery was great. However, I was charged $93.50 4 times on my Citi Bank COSTCO card and 2 times on my Amex card. Why so many charges? I will only pay once !! Please call me to explain all the charges @ 510-715-6005.
Mario and Enrique were prompt, kind, and super helpful. They were at Costco within 25 minutes of booking our Lugg, and 20 minutes later they were at our house and moved our new couch inside. Incredible job all around!

They went above and beyond by picking up a large piece of furniture from Costco, delivering it to our home, setting it up, and making sure it was perfectly placed. I look them up They came the same day . Very fast efficient and clean. I only charged me $86.00 Fantastic company I would definitely use them again
